At least 2 million strong... likely more.

OK, so I've been thinking... so far, we know that somwhere around 1.1/1.2 million people have cast votes for Ron Paul....

But you know, that number has got to be at least twice as high, and here's why:

-the caucus state results really only reflect the delegates, not the people who participated in those caucuses. This alone is likely to put us over 2 million.

-the number of people who didn't hear the message, but likely support it.

-the people who voted democrat, didn't vote, or supported someone else, but still liked Ron Paul and his message.

-the people who didn't vote because they didn't think he could win.

I know of several dozen people myself who supported Dr. Paul/his message and yet didn't vote for him. Some didn't think he could win (a lot of my family/relatives, a few friends etc.). Two of my sisters liked him, but one just didn't vote, and the other was studying abroad, so she didn't bother to vote. I went and visited her in Germany, and met tons of Americans who liked his message, but didn't bother to vote since they weren't in the country. Then we have to consider the states that weren't open primaries/caucuses that wouldn't allow independents/democrats to vote...

-lastly, add up the people who are all around the world and support the message.

I guarantee, we are not just 1 million strong... we are several million strong.

So, this translates to a run

after the RNC. I just hope Ron Paul will stay in this one way or another until November. Get a strong vp and take it all the way. He just really must. I think he did the right thing to go Republican to the convention, if afterwards, he can go Independent.

I think you are right.

There are a lot of people who
agree with him on most issues,
and who would vote for him if they thought he had a chance of
winning.Maybe we need to go out and start sign waving again and things like that even if our conventions are over.We need to figure out a way to get him a
lot of attention in every town.Put
your thinking caps on,lets come up with something!

And you forgot all the votes cast for Ron Paul...

on the electronic voting machines that ended up in McCain's column!

It's easily 5-10 million

Just imagine...

if they had said his name just once or twice on tv.

You mean without calling him a racist, like the day before NH?

You mean without calling him a racist, like the day before NH, giving him no time to respond?

I think that is why they

are so nervous and still shutting him out. If he spoke at the convention do you realize how stupid Mclame would look. People would go dang that Ron Paul knows his stuff! Peace

Truth spoken here.

This is the same conclusion I arrived at during the past 11 months of campaigning and canvassing and sign waving for Ron Paul. I have personally spoken with hundreds, if not thousands, who had yet to discover the man and his message. I would not have to use two hands to count the McCain supporters I have found, mostly they are not so much for McCain, as for the War. The rest, were simply voting Democrat because they have had it with the current Neo-Con Republicans. The majority of all of those are ones who have been educated by the corporate-controlled MSM, and therefore unaware of the truth of our Country's current condition and history. The biggest obstacle I faced is that most had simply never heard of Ron Paul, or had based their opinion of him on the spin from their TVs. Once educated, nearly every individual I spoke with, told me the same thing I first felt...Ron Paul was saying what they were thinking! I have never seen a Candidate more "Unifying" than Dr. Paul. All I can say about those who DO support Sen. McCain is, you can't fix Stupid.

Ditto

The only Mccain supporters I have found are die hard republicans who say you just have to unite with the party. Most of them never knew about Ron Paul or think he drooped out. One lady at our state convention said it was a dam shame the way he was treated by the media and he was the best of all of them. She also thought he dropped out. I was very suprised at how nice everyone was to me at the convention with my Ron Paul hat, buttons ect...

LOL!

"You can't fix stupid."

I saw that very same statement on a front license plate on a huge GMC Yukon SUV. On the back was a McCain Bumper Sticker.

OH the sweet irony!

Thanks oruval!

You have given me a good laugh and I rest my case.

lol

lol

I agree

I personally know at least 1 dozen people who support Ron Paul and his views but did not participate for various reasons like you described above.. I seriously think we have at least 5 million potential supporters in the USA alone.

The American Revolution 2.0 will not be televised... It will be downloaded!!!

exactly.

exactly.

This deserves a bump

By the way, you can fix stupid! I was probably as brainwashed as you can get until I learned about Ron Paul. If I could be convinced we should be able to convince anyone that will actually listen to the truth. Just got to get them away from the t.v.
