Are Masons Truly Evil?

My dad Is a mason. He has the ring. I asked him about it and he told me some things about it and it does'nt sound like the things everybody talks about. It's supposed to be about building a better life. Hence the symbols of the square and compass and oh I ca'nt think of the other thing. You use it to put the cement between the bricks. Talk about creepy with all the theories everyone talks about. I always knew my Mothers maiden name was Rothschild but I did'nt think it was "those " Rothschilds. Found out today it is. Seems my great, great, great, grandfather was disowned for marrying a christian. My Mom was one of the one of the sweetest kindest people you could ever know. We are'nt rich , my father provided for us well, upper middle class. He was an ahole while i was growing up. Still can be. He's 83 now. He never was very involved that I know of . Are these things just conspiracy theories?

Yeah, I think it is like with anything else. If you get to a certain point and you are willing to severely harm people in order to rise to the top and stay there. Then that is fringing on evil.
I do believe that is what the Neo Cons have done to the Republican Party. I experienced it first hand at the convention. I was melting from all the bullsh#t. and lies. It was hard to even stay. But I did!

these people need to keep what they have ( money and power ) if they have to step on people who don't that's free enterprise but is it morally decent , no ! but not many people care about decency when they are thinking about their money and power do they ?

is almost like a dirty word these days.
Anyhow.. from what I understand of masons is that the majority are at the bottom of the pyramid, and they do the community work and good deeds the masons want to be known for. Most I accept are just honest law abiding normal people...
It's the ones who reach the 33rd degree, the highest Masonic degree, right high up in the pyramid who appear to be involved in the events that makes most frightened of the masons as a whole. If not frightened, at least very wary.

Just silly conspiracy theories. Several people in my family are masons. I've even been to a ceremony. I didn't see any human sacrifices or anything.

The people on the top levels of freemasonry are evil, but the people underneath are basically just a bunch of puppets.
They have them running around doing a bunch of charity work for PR purposes, and they don't mind because they get to feel like good citizens and make business connections.
On the upper echelons is where you will find the illuminati, and they are the ones who work with the Jesuits and the Zionists building the New World Order.
You'd be hard pressed to find something evil on this planet that they are not behind, I don't even know where to start.

The Illuminati was founded in 1776 by an Adam Waishaupt and you can get that from freemason websites, so it's not a "conspiracy theory"
Adam Waishaupt was from a Jesuit school, so I believe that he was at least a puppet of these terrorists (the Jesuits) who were banned from almost every country in Europe at one point or another in history.
The Illuminati were themselves banned when it was discovered that they were planning political assassinations to overthrow the ruling classes of France at the time, but I would say that they definitely regrouped as an underground Freemasonic movement since then.
Not all Freemasons are evil obviously.
It is like any organization that reaches a certain membership. The organization is inflitrated (ie Republican Party) at some of the higher levels, and over the years, centralized control is implemented at a slow pace.
Organizations aren't in and of themselves either good or evil. The members however can be either.
It is unfair to characterize one individual based on another individual. I didn't like Billy Dee Williams in Star Wars but I don't hold it against you personally.
