UPDATED - Montana Dr. Ron Paul 29% (see below)
No Preference - Dem = 4146 Rep = 2033 In Montana at the Primary you can only vote for one party, I assume the no preferences were voters that had a favorite in other races and but didn't like the Pres. choices. Plus many Reps. did not vote because of the Jan. caucus. Just imagine what we could have done with media coverage.
So, considering the no preference on the Dem side, part of the same on the Rep and add in some of those wrongfully believing that change will come with Obama; a few debates with Paul and Obama would turn this whole thing around in a heartbeat. Ron Paul CAN win over Obama.
I believe we will have Freedom and Liberty sooner than later.

Official Site Reporting 22% in Montana
RonPaul2008 is reporting 22% for Montana...still great news!
From Montana Secretary of State Official Site
McCain 72,551
Paul 20,452
Earlier report must have been before all counties reported.
Update: HD 84 also won. Congratulations Mike Miller!! The bad press against you must have really helped out our cause.
Statistics
Can you tell me where you found the statistics? I checked the CNN site and they have either buried the Montana Primary results or are not posting them.
Thank you
Way to
go Montana, save room for us.
Our last little county just reported
it dropped us to 28%. Still a GOOD number. I just checked on our sitting Senator (1 of 2, both Dems) and Representative (1 only, Rep) Senator Baucus has 45% against him and Rehberg has 64% against. MT wants for a change.
Our RP supported MT house guy in Gallatin Co. won; way to go Mike Moore!
State Convention; June 19-21; June 20th Dr. Ron Paul will be the key note speaker at our dinner. Unfortunately the election for delegates is the same day in the afternoon.
All RP supporters of Montana and close to Missoula, MT please come and join us.
Thanks for the Montana report.
Thank you for reporting on Montana. I had a feeling Dr. Paul had done really well, since media coverage on his success there is almost nil. I first suspected it late yesterday when I saw an article that said, in effect, that the Montana primary was meaningless. Far from being meaningless, it shows that momentum is building for Dr. Paul, particularly in the Northwest. With the state GOP convention coming up, 29% is a pretty exciting number.
29% is not bad...
not bad at all, isn't this the highest percentage Ron Paul has received in votes? Montana rules.
its the 10th round of a 12 round fight...
we move to st paul for the 11th round...it ain't over yet
Win, ronnie, win!
