GOP Grassroots Contemplate Enforcement Action to Insure Republican Party of Texas Compliance with Texas law

The court action was prompted by multiple reports of Election Code violations from around the state at county and senate district Republican Conventions in March. Previous attempts to ensure their enforcement at the state convention in June have met with inexplicable resistance from the Republican Party of Texas' leadership.

We're here for Texas

It appears that the GOP party rules stating that there will be an open door, big tent for all with every vote counting is not being adhered to and that unfortunately will have to mean lawsuits down the line, maybe in many states. I'm not sure that is what Dr. Paul would suggest, he is so forgiving, but if we are going to turn this around and get our voices heard, I don't know what other choice they leave us. Digg everyone.

I am so in support of this and hope it gets somewhere. ALL people should be held accountable when they are in power and do not obey their own Laws.

Victory in Nueces County

Yesterday the 13th Court of Appeals ruled that Nueces County Chairman
Bertuzzi must grant access to precinct convention minutes by 5pm today
(June 4th) or a writ of mandamus will be issued.
