Congratulations on a great day yesterday Florida! 1st reports is that there will be a new Republican majority in most counties

It was as easy as driving to the local Supervisor of Elections office and dropping off the application. I was alternate for last few months, and now am hopeful to be committee member for the next four years. I was told that two others want to be a member in my district so I will be contested. Wish me luck!

We know you were greeted with a abhorant amount of disrespect by the Republican Party of Florida on your trip to Orlando during the debate last year.

We apologize for being asleep and allowing non Republicans to take over our party in Florida and the party you love.

Thankfully, their treatment of you opened our eyes and awakenened the sleeping giant.

Rest assured, you will receive a very warm welcome by the Republican Party of Florida after December 1, because now we are the Republican Party.

Getting involved does not constitute a takeover. Walk through the front door instead of trying to sneak in the back door. Blasting "TAKEOVER" won't help matters. Look at Nick Egoroff down here in Orlando. He was expelled from the party. Why? He made his intentions very public. Do this quietly. You're here to "learn about the process" or help the party. McCain is a LOSER. In December the REC leadership will be up for a vote. They deserve to lose by backing a known loser. Republicans win, and losing is the ultimate sin. We need our RPR numbers up by then.
Vote for whoever you want. Get involved however you choose, but don't make us all look bad by being impatient, showing your hand and not waiting for the right time to strike.

I completed my paperwork.

I emailed this information to other Ron Paul supporters in the Tampa Bay area.

This is what we have done in Idaho. And we have made significant gains here. One thing we did to fill the vacant seats was phone canvass and walking canvass. Go to Ron Pauls website and sign up as a precinct leader and print out your walking list and call or contact every registered Republican in every precinct and you will find folks in many of those vacant precincts who are fed up also and will become committeeman.

By doing this we got the highest percentage of the states for Ron Paul in our primary and we now have a chance to replace are State Chairman. You will find allies in the party and already on the committees also who are for limited government low taxes etc. and do not like the current direction and trends of the party.

We have some opposition but it’s fewer then it seems. It is a few within the establishment leadership that tried to stir up trouble but we were able to nullify most of it. Our biggest hurdle is getting enough people to step up to the plate and do something. Many sympathize with the cause but few will do the work it takes to accomplish our goals. However even a few can make great strides as we have in Idaho. Go get em Florida!

More people need to get involved locally. It is not that hard to do. Just want to add that many of the people in the REC are very friendly---yes there are those not as friendly but overall it is good. If anyone wants to learn and try to make a real difference, they should at least try it.
