"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain, any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
an original 13th amendment was proposed in 1810 by a senator named Philip Reed, and was ratified between 1810-1812(1812 was beginning of the 2nd revolutionary war) by 12 states out of 17 states in the union. Between 1816-1819 President Monroe requested that John Quincey Adams report on the status of the pending amendment and only asked of the vote from the remaining states which were part of the original 17 states during the time of the proposed amendment. Virginia should have either voted YES,or Nay, and yet our government has made this a very confusing thing to study. State records reveal that the 13th amendment of 1810 had been ratified in Virginia in 1819, but was it also possible that Virginia ratified it soon after the other 12 states during 1810-1812 ,or even 1810-1814. The proof is in the state records, once again ,the state records reveal from 1819-1868 that the original 13th amendment was indeed part of the U.S. Constitution at one time, the wording is as "U.S. Citizens", not "Citizens of the state of______". The reconstruction era is when the amendment seemed to be replaced and disappear.

It's not yet clear whether the 13th Amendment was published in Laws of the United States, 1st Vol., prematurely, by accident, in anticipation of Virginia's ratification, or as part of a plot to discredit the Amendment by making is appear that only twelve States had ratified. Whether the Laws of the United States Vol. 1 (carrying the 13th Amendment) was re-called or made-up is unknown. In fact, it's not even clear that the specified volume was actually printed -- the Law Library of the Library of Congress has no record of its existence.

Private Foreign Corporation
That is because what we call our government today is a private foreign corporation owned by the IMF. In 1871 our government formed a private corporation to shield themselves from the onslaught of lawsuits stemming from over-promising (40 acres and a mule) and under delivering. The original jurisdiction government eventually lost complete control of the corporation at the end of WWII, at which time it was quit-claimed to the IMF.
The amendment has never been removed from our original jurisdiction Constitution. It simply was not adopted by the private corporation because it would limit what they were trying to accomplish when redistributing the property of the south after the Civil War.

Then, in 1871 Congress passed the District of Columbia Organic Act http://memory.loc.gov/cgi.... The district already had it's organic (or charter) act back in 1801. If they were simply re-organizing, they would have simply amended the original act like they had done previously.
Between 1962 and 1969 all the states had re-organized as private sub-corporations of Corp. U.S. Here in New Jersey the Governor consolidates all the departments, due to the "changing times," to fall under his authority. http://lawlibrary.rutgers... This isn't in compliance with the procedures set forth in our original jurisdiction government state's Constitution. If they were changing the procedures of the original jurisdiction state, rather than forming a private corporation, they would have merely amended the state Constitution in the proper fashion set forth in said Constitution.

Our Constitution was suspended...
when the South States made good on there threat that if Lincoln got the vote they would not send there Representatives back to reconvene in Dec.of 1861. They knew the meaning of this amendment and what it meant since Lincoln was an Attorney. The South didn't send there people back to Congress, thus there was no quorum to reconvene and the rest was "History" The remedy for us is to reconvene the Congress of 1861 to correct the record. This will instantly give us "the people" our Government back, we then fire all Representatives that are Attorneys now and order the Military if needed to enforce our will. Aloha

I am aware that the South seceded for several reasons,one mainly being state rights. North tariffing the south. This 13th amendment apparently has been removed from alot of plain sight view

how could we apply this?
I mean the only way I see being able to use this is to sue officials that their election is unconstitutional, and in court cite the 13 th amendment, and have ample evidence to prove its existence!!
