HELP! I need a good attorney

Hello All,

This is a micro view letter to inform everyone of unconstitutional activities regarding water and private property rights. Everyone better be concerned about this, because it is now being done all over the country and it will soon be on your door step.

In Humboldt County, California, there is a small town called Trinidad. The local water board in this town is now attempting to enact regulations that:

1) Mandate annual permits to operate a septic tank.

2) You must (i.e. MUST) REPURCHASE the permit ANNUALLY or have your water cut off.

3) The tanks MUST be inspected by the now becoming water police, annually, to get your permit renewed and thus, allowed to use.

4) Wells will need a permit and the owners WILL BE CHARGED for usage. This violates constitutional property rights.

There are many (i.e. MANY) more regulations tied into this. Too many to list! And of course, this will NOT stop here. They will next expand into dictating what kind of plants you can and cannot water with your water!

All of this is being done in a town that HAS NEVER HAD A WATER SHORTAGE BECAUSE THE RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THIS AREA ARE VERY HIGH.

Can anyone PLEASE recommend a good attorney that has experience with these issues?

Don't get mad, get even

Call the federal EPA and issue a anyonomous complaint that your township is releasing hexavalent chrome into their wastewater.

The red tape and paperwork will tie them up so badly that even if you did request an inspection, they couldn't afford to come do one.

The facts you cite are indeed alarming. Equally sad, even

alarming, is that you have to look for a lawyer (essentially, another agent of the state) in order to either tell you what your rights are or to assert them in a legal proceeding. As far as the issue of actually locating an attorney who has experience in that particular area of the law, you might actually start with your county bar association. (It pains me to make that statement; it really does.) You might also talk with some of your neighbors who might be affected and who might feel the same way that you do. See where it goes.

The tactics you outlined above are straight out of the UN's Earth Carter.
Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, AGENDA 21. All under the guise of "preservation" they are ultimately designed to systematically put an end to private property ownership, end national soverngnity, and put what population remains into Sustainable Human Settlements. Scare tactics include global warming/climate change. Gotta reduce those carbon emissions...right

I just filed for all the

I just filed for all the absolute water rights on my farm.. I have about 12 springs that originate on the property.. this will be interesting to see where were at in 5 years.. water will be worth as much as gold or silver!

natural water resource in the world, hmmmm. Ohio is fighting this right now. Michigan also. They are covering it up as some kind of conservation program, but it is really to sign over the Great Lakes to the United Nations. Agenda 21 already happening here in Ohio- the Great Lakes are about to belong to the UN>

Get yourself a LAND PATENT.

Pretty inexpensive. Without a land patent, you dont "own" your property, you are simply a "tennant" of the state, or county, or municipality you live in. A land patent ensures "true" ownership. Some people use land patents in ways that may be considered dis-honest, such as getting a land patent, and then not paying your mortgage. The mortgage company can NEVER get the land from you if you have a land patent, but they can try to go after you in a civil case. Also, local building codes and ordinances dont apply to you if you have a land patent, by that I mean if you are in violation, they can NEVER take your home from you. Lastly, property taxes dont apply if you have a land patent. If you never pay 1 cent in property tax, the city still can NOT take your home, it is patented to you and your family for ever.

Doug, I would ask G. B. Oliver

His organization just helped settle the Wayne Hage case, which was a water rights case. I can't remember what the name of the organization is, but I will post it when I do remember!

Run for office.

Sounds like the clowns in charge of your town are used to doing whatever they want, unopposed. Run for mayor, run for city council, and get your neighbors to do the same.

help from g. b. oliver

fred kelly grant---just so that we have all the facts before you in your decision to seek help, you may well want to contact g.b.oliver, but please understand that his organization had nothing to do with the conclusion of the Wayne Hage case. That case was not "settled" as stated in one of the
comments. It was decided by the claims court on Friday, June 6, and the court decided that there was a taking of water rights and awarded compensation. Paragon, and Mr. Oliver, had no part in the case. The case was supported by members of the Stewards of the Range, and the Hages were represented by Lad Bedford and Mike Van Zaandt, attorneys in San Francisco. They did a magnificent job, and won against huge odds.

I have nothing negative to say about Mr. Oliver or Paragon, but must set ther record straight as to the case, support for it, and the handling of it by a fine pair of attorneys who have won more than their share of impossible odds water rights cases.
FKG, President, Stewards of the Range.

Thanks Fred..........

And thanks for the update. I've met you once before. I gave you the pictures of the three giant steer at the Yreaka Stewards of the Range meeting a little over a year ago.

Anywayz, thats why this post is out, to get as much information as possible to help fight this fight and your helping pull through.

YES, we'll get in touch with you within the next few days.

Talk to ya later!
Doug

I would Second That!

We advocates of the Constitution need to take over our country from the bottom up--starting with town council.

Normally I would try to say something

humorous or decently intelligent, unfortunately the only thing that comes to mind here is, "Fucking Money Groveling Nazis" I am sorry but I have always owned a home with a well because I refuse to pay for something that falls out of the sky free and makes up 75% of the earth. I'll be damned go to hell and carried out under a white sheet before I ever pay for the water that comes from the ground. I will install a buried rain reservoir and connect my gutters to it first. Then they can kiss my ass in the hurry I am sure they are gonna be in on the way off my land. And I double dare someone to try to disconnect my well.

those do gooder bastards

those do gooder bastards will start charging us for air next.. you watch!

That would be the carbon tax

My wife just said that............

then I read at your reply. Good one.

Remember the old fashioned

Remember the old fashioned cisterns? We should all get a couple of those...we might need 'em while we fight these water battles.
