The video shows Hope Steffey being held down by a male police officer, while another male officer strips her panties off. So far five women have come forward with similar accounts, it's not an isolated incident anymore.

"The special prosecutors in the Hope Steffey case said Thursday that there was no strip search and no criminal wrongdoing by the Stark County sheriff's deputies."
By the way, Sheriff Swanson in charge of this Jail was elected President of The State Sheriffs' Association for 2008 and Attorney General Dann who was supposed to be investigating the strip searches has recently admitted to having an affair with an employee, mismanaging his office, and has been asked to step down by both Democrats and Republicans or be impeached; he refuses. (see post below)

Maybe their intent is not to "serve and protect" YOU but to serve and protect "The System"?

What percentage of the population works for the government now? I noticed that the last census stated that about 15% worked for the government, but that did not include education.
It seems that the government will just keep growing, so large that eventually almost everyone will depend upon it for employment/survival.

The policy in Stark County is that only females can strip search females, so to get around this the government is claiming it is not a strip search, that they did it because they felt she was a suicide risk.
What is the government's claim that Steffey was a suicide risk? Because when they asked her if she had ever been suicidal, she offhandedly replied, "now or ever!"
Then they immediately proceeded to pin her on the ground, handcuff her, strip her naked, video tape her, and leave her naked for six hours.
Regardless of what excuse the government uses, how can it not be right for males to strip a female in one situation, but OK in another? Stripping clothes off is stripping clothes off.
How soon do you think it was before those officers were reviewing their strip search video? Probably as soon as they left the cell.

And the corruption gets deeper. The Attorney General, Marc Dann, that was tasked with investigating these strip searches is now being investigated for sexual harassment and possible impeachment himself:

Even though the things that happen in the video are awful and highly disturbing, I plead with everyone to still rate the video 5 stars so that the word will get out that this is happening in America.
In otherwords, please rate the video for the important information provided, not the distrubing content. Everyone should be aware of just how far the government is going and we should not let them get away with it. Knowledge is power.
Some must have been giving the video 1 star, since the rating recently dropped from 5.0 to 4.7. I'm wondering if it is police or police sympathizers or just people that are disgusted with what the police do in the video and therefore rate the video badly, which doesn't help.
Called Police For Help - Arrested for Resisiting Arrest
I didn't mention this before, but the details are just as aweful as the video;
The police were called to HELP this woman, because she was assaulted.
However, because she keeps her dead sister's ID with her in remembrance, once the police saw the ID, they decided to arrest her instead of help her.
Then when she resisted arrest, they arrested her for resisting arrest.
Then the police took her to jail, handcuffed her and strip searched her, video taped her getting stripped and humiliated, and left her naked in a jail cell for six hours.
This is why the 2nd Amendment is so important.

I grew up in a community, where the police were too afraid to come when they were needed, so my Dad, after a few attempts at contacting them, and seeing they would always wait until all danger had passed before coming, finally told them he was no longer going to call them, but would instead handle things himself.
