This guy interviewing Ron Paul is such a jerk!
I have to admire RP in that he never seems to show that he is sick and tired of them trying to make him and his followers whackos all the time!
At least he got some air time and some important issues were addressed.
He has the patience of a saint, I swear!
BTW, I just applied for my state's Republican Exec. Committee member in my district. Unfortunately, I will have some competition from non RP supporters, so wish me luck in December's voting.
Hope you all are making the effort at the local level too! Go Oklahoma for their recent victories.

Definitely a neo-con or neo-libertarian
This guy has an agenda alright. He's one of those pseudo-libertarian types who supports the war, which makes as much sense as being an individualist communist. He's really trying to get Ron Paul to say something conspiratorial about 9-11, probably so they can save it up and use it later against him. I love the way he butters up Ron Paul then basically asks, "You're insane, aren't you?" And what the heck is he talking about seizing the oil industry and nationalized health care?
Definately an ass-hat...
To his credit, he feigned politeness and did allow Dr. Paul to finish (most) of his thoughts. His differing opinions on Iraq are a joke, but that's what we fight still to counter.
I'm adding him to my list of people who need a snowball plastered upside their head...

Great interview
Ron Paul gave a great response about questioning 9/11. He fully endorsed a further investigation into the event and questions the ineptitude of the government. To me, as a presidential candidate (I still think the delegates can be converted by Operation St. Paul) this is a great statement. He's just echoing alot of the Nation's mistrust of the government and not citing any theories that can be construed to pigeonhole him and his supporters as nutty.
I'm glad he clarified his position because he wouldn't hold back an investigation and would probably be open to conjecture when the officials responsible are indicted-very presidential.

Don't you love when people disagree with Ron Paul but can't give any good reasons for what they actually disagree with. Its like being antagonistic just for the sake of it.

I am a little bit confused about what Ron Paul wants his delegates to do though. We need him to discuss this. He must have some kind of plan, I don't think he would be letting people hang out to dry if he did not.

My 82 yr old Dad
was not the least bit interested in talking about politics with me until about 2 weeks ago. Now he has been calling me to tell me "Your man is on CNN" & "Your man is on Glen Beck. I wish you had cable. I think he's gonna run! I told you a dark horse was gonna come in and win this thing" I say "But Daddy he dropped out" He says "I think he's gonna get back in" The funniest thing about it is my Dad NEVER calls me. He Calls and says "He's on and I have to go finish listening to him." It is a trip! He either misses me or loves Ron Paul and has someone to share his excitment with. I'm not sure but either way it's cool :) I hope he is right.

The guy interviewing did a great job leading the questions in order to allow the Dr to explain his positions.

Americaa had this technology ten years ago but some oily thug poisened inventor Stanley Meyer in 1998. Hydrogen power from water electrolysis could pull the oil cartel pants down. This topc would be a large plus for Paul.

Myer suffered from high blood pressure and died of a cerebral aneurysm. That's a lot different from being poisoned. You should stop spreading misinformation. The part where you actually blame it on someone from the oil industry is particularly irresponsible. Facts require observations and proof. You can't just go making things up and pretending they are true.

and not to rehash an old debate, but there is an argument that the electric power necessary to hydrolisize the water exceeds the energy released. This still has benefits, as it means cars could be powered by an energy source other then oil.

The Japanese build a Water Powered fuel cell that can produce 300w , enough to power a small vehichle
Both are very good technologies but diff as the Hydrogen one requires special fueling stations where as the water one just uses distilled water..
