If any of you are concerned about the government tracking your kids, especially for health/vaccination reasons, I HIGHLY suggest you refrain from getting them Social Security numbers upon their birth AND into their late teens.

On March 9, 1995, Shalala published a notice in the Federal Register of the intent to establish a new routine use of the Social Security number. This permits the Social Security Administration to disclose the Social Security number of a newborn to state health department officials for public health programs including, but not limited to, establishing public immunization registries with the goal of operating a national network of coordinated statewide immunization registries. The new routine use of the Social Security number permits HHS to disclose information about individuals without their consent if it is for the purpose of administering a government public health program or for conducting medical research.

An affidavit of live birth is the lawful way to prove a child's being brought into the world and establish birthright as a lawful state citizen. A birth certificate serves to collateralize that child and to create the legal fiction "strawman" corporate entity(represented by the all capital letter NAME) that we are expected to operate UNDER. While you are correct that our children are the collateral of the state. It is not really the birth certificate that makes them such, it is the marriage license. Since a State granted marriage license is a contract between the groom, bride and the State, with the State having the authority to establish the contract/relationship, anything produced by the marriage technically belongs to the State. The Record of Live Birth, not the birth certificate, is the vehicle used to record the ownership of the property at the Bureau of Vital Statistics, a sub-department of the Department of Commerce. The Birth Certificate is given to the parents/guardians and the Record of Live Birth is recorded with the State.

You are on point about the marriage license. That is another topic for discussion, and I would argue against applying for one in favor of a marriage contract, thus not bringing the state in as a party to the marriage in the first place. However, the birth certificate, being title(notice how it is on bank paper?) to the all capital letter name entity and having the state corporation named at the top as owner, is not something I would wish to inflict on a child. I am not recommending any course of action to anyone unless they have fully researched and comprehend the ramifications thereof. Personally, I am the holder in due course to my title/birth certificate, and have placed a restrictive value on it.

Common Law means and UCC
I first obtained a certified copy of BC from State of New York and accepted it for value. I then went through a notary and served legal notice to the state with a copy of the accepted certificate. They were given 30 days to respond if they had any claim to that property and no response was received by the notary. I then ran a 3 week notice in the USA Today newspaper's legal notices to see if ANYONE had a claim on it with 30 days to respond. When the time was up and the notary signed off that there was no response to the legal notice I did a UCC filing with the state and put it into the commercial registry as private property and assigned a value to it. I have a 12 page contract between the all capital letter "strawman" corporate entity and my private, living, breathing human self, whereby the strawman became my debtor and I became the creditor. All of the "strawman's" assets from its inception are pledged to me. I later deposited the amount of value placed on the BC into a numbered account with the Treasury of the united states with the BC as collateral. I issued a draft to the IRS whereby I paid off my share of the "national debt" to the tune of $640,000. None of these actions were challenged at any point by any of the agencies involved and certainly not within the 30 days they were given to respond, which was several years ago. I found the IRS forms and revoked my SS# as I was incompetent to enter into any binding contract at the time of signing by way of infancy. This is a brief summary of some of what I have done to reclaim my sovereign citizenship. Again, I do not recommend anyone undertake ANY of this without a full understanding of their actions and the implications thereof. I had guides to help me pore over legal tomes and studied for 2 years before I decided to do any of this and made sure to "dot the i's and cross the t's". I cannot advise anyone on this in good conscience because the rules are always changing and disinformation about the "redemption process" abounds. I write this for informational and educational purposes only and the only advice I will give is to make sure that you KNOW exactly what you are doing before attempting ANY of this.
UCC-1 filing is fraud and if
UCC-1 filing is fraudulent and frivolous and if one isn't careful it can land them in jail. The UCC has no place in the Federal venue. It is for the regulation of commerce between the States.
There is no such thing as a strawman and if one appears in court to assert that there is, the case will be thrown out as frivolous; for when the burden of proof shifts to the party alleging there is a strawman, that person cannot prove something that does not exist.
If you end up in a Federal Court arguing the UCC and strawman you will very likely end up in jail.
Sovereignty is not something one can lose. They can contract it away though. In which case, the person needs to fulfill the terms of the contract.
The SS# doesn't belong to the person, it belongs to the government and it represents a Trust. When one uses that number they are operating as the trustee with the Corp Gov. General Trust Fund as the beneficiary.

About 6 months ago I got one or those computer calls from my HMO reminding me to get my kids vaccinated. After the recorded spiel it said the reminder was financed by _ pharmaceutical company.
I don't get my kids vaccinated anymore, they both are recovering from autism.
Last week I got a postcard in the mail from my HMO asking me to vaccinate my kids. Once again, paid for by a pharmaceutical company. Strange, my HMO doesn't send reminders for annual checkups, screenings, or any other benefit to our health...only vaccinations are pushed.
Why don't they send out mailers concerning our colon health?

SSN's are completely
VOLUNTARY
Just ask the "SS" office nearest you. Sure, they will try to give you every excuse under the sun why you should get one. But if you press them as to having to get one for your child by law, just to get one (not for any benefit like a tax deduction, hint, hint) then they will admit you don't have to get one. Their pamphlets used to even say it was voluntary. I don't know if they still do.
If you already got one, and you haven't recorded 'earnings' for that child yet with the number, you can get them to 'delete' it. Of course you won't be able to use that number in the future and should you change your mind, you will have to re-apply and the child will be assigned a different number. (like that is a big deal, now really)
If 'earnings' are already recorded under that number, then good luck as this number will now never, ever go away. Though it will be declared inactive after 5 years of non-use. That means you can't give it to ANYONE for ANY reason, even an 'employer.' And if you stay with an 'employer' to whom you have already disclosed the number, then it is still active as long as you work there and they are filing their own earnings reports with the SSA and the IRS.

you cannot take your baby from the hospital unless you have an SS card with their name on it, or they will not let you leave with your baby, Texas is one of these states, it is the law.
I believe Arizona is the same way
Certainly, they would not let us take our baby out of the hospital without the nurses checking to see if you had an installed carseat. But those where hospital rules or State rules, I am not sure which.
Personally I believe in vacinations, I believe in carseats & seatbelts, but it does rub me the wrong way when the Nanny State forces the issue upon us. What will I do when I disagree with whats being forced? Just as I often drive 75 mph on a 55 mph freeway, I will choose to be "illegal", will many of you here.
The Birth Certificate is used for everything. From getting your son or daughter into little leaque, pop warner football, montessori, kindigarden, first grade, a passport, and so on.
As such, the illegal mexicans inside this country have done a fine job of document making, that is fake document making. They even have a revolving registar of valid SS#'s that they use for a year (or use for two years if they push it.) That means some lucky American will be getting more retirement money when they hit 65. (If that system is still around) It also means that their credit could get messed up rather fast too. But mexican illegals that are working blue color jobs and working off a valid SS# are super cautious about miss use, it could result in a call to the Human Resources depart who wants him/her to answer to a letter they recieved from SS administration concerning SS# fraud. I recall hearing a 16 year old daughter beg her hard working S California dad, who worked on hot roofs all day pooring tar, "Dad pleeeeeeze let me use it! Tell meeeeeeeeee dad. I want to work at the shoe store in the mall" A strong fatherly NO was the answer. Why? I wondered, only to learn of the Dad's fear the daughter would soon abuse it, opening credit cards and "drawing attention" and dad did not want to loose "a good job".
Perhaps he knew his daughter too well, but the family being "illegal" was living in a tight spot -- refugees from 100 years of Mexican Socialism & farm land corruption & banking peso collapses on the one hand, and living the life "always under the table and on the run" in the USA. It is all so interesting and amazing to me that the more "Papers Please" a fascist country we become, the more ways we as a people will figure out how to get around them.
I could not help but feel that ONE day, that could be us ...that is you and I from the Revolution, State illegals, without vacinations, without Birth Certificates or Social Security Numbers and with out Passports, --- wondering unconnected "living under the table" Americans, with little places we could hide from the massively invasive Facsist America who demands "Papers Please".

Most of what people say "is the law" is nothing more than what people imagine it to be. Do not trust others claims until they are personally verified, especially when it comes to "what is the law."
If such an egregious violation of both your state and federal constitution does in fact exist on the books, then it is yur duty to challenge it. In addition, the alternative is to use a midwife service for having a baby rather than a hospital.

From what I've been told when you accept a marriage license, that puts the government in charge of you and your kids. Get a marriage certificate, issued by your church or clergy, it has the same weight as a license, but does not enter you into a contract with the government.

My wife and I have been married for 7 years. It took my wife about 10 phone calls to find a minister, pastor or priest that would marry us without a license. Some were unaware and my wife educated them. Some were aware but reluctant to perform the ceremony without it, and one totally understood that marriage is a god given right and not a State privilege. We had a religious ceremony only and drafted a marriage contract between ourselves. A marriage license is a 3 party contract between you, your spouse and the State, and includes your future family. Back in the day, marriage was a religious ceremony with witnesses and recorded in the family bible.

If you can get an easy divorce, I don't see why you can't stay married and have all licenses revoked. But I bet getting a birth certifictate reversed/revoked would be impossible.
But anyhow, I'll read the links.
You know, I was thinking tonight about that song by Skynyrd called "Simple Man". It should be a God-Given right to live your life in a simple manner, without having to be licensed for this and numbered for that, but you'd have to live in a teepee in the arctic in order to do so.

There IS no mainstream study using the non-vaccinated as a control group.
That's probably another reason the FLDS were raided - to get rid of more embarassing evidence of the non-vaccinated populations NOT having childhood diseases...........but I digress.

Judicial Watch Uncovers Shocking New FDA Documents Related to Gardasil
Those of you who regularly read this column know that Judicial Watch has taken the lead in exposing the ugly truth about the dangerous side effects associated with Gardasil, the vaccination for human papillomavirus (HPV) currently being administered to young girls.
Well this week, we released a special report based on new "adverse event reports" and other information obtained from the FDA under the Freedom of Information Act. These reports document 10 reported deaths since September, 2007. (The total number of death reports is at least 18 and as many as 20.) The FDA also produced 140 "serious" reports (27 of which were categorized as "life threatening"), 10 spontaneous abortions and six cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome - all since January 2008.
Here are a few excerpts from the documents we uncovered. The rest can be read in our report.

Information has been received...concerning a 20 year old female with no medical history reported, who on 01-APR-2008 was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil....The patient died four days after...patient sought unspecified medical attention. An autopsy was performed which ruled out suicide and anything suspicious. The cause of death is currently unknown. VAERS ID: 310262-1 (D)
Cold sweat, Fall, Foaming at mouth, Grand mal convulsion, Immediate post-injection reaction. . .Pt [patient, 14-year-old female] received vaccine, took 6 steps, fell to the ground unconscious and had a 60 sec grand mal seizure then regained consciousness. [Blood pressure] after seizure 60/40 pale clammy skin. [Patient] had bit her tongue and had foam around her mouth. VAERS ID: 305259-1 (S)
Information has been received from a physician concerning a female patient who on an unknown date was vaccinated with a dose of Gardasil. Subsequently, the patient experienced a coma and is now paralyzed. At the time of this report, the patient's outcome was unknown. VAERS ID: 303188-1
Would you allow your daughter to have this vaccine when these are the potential consequences? I know I wouldn't.
If Merck has its way, however, we might not have much of a choice. Merck had been lobbying to have the vaccine mandated for young girls and some politicians seemed willing to oblige.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has already recommended that 11 and 12-year-old girls begin receiving the vaccine as part of school vaccination efforts. (Following the CDC's lead, Texas Governor Rick Perry signed an executive order last year mandating the vaccine for 6th grade girls. Parent groups fought the mandate and the mandate was rescinded.)
Moreover, according to a recent article in The Washington Post, Merck plans to lobby the FDA to approve the vaccination for young boys as well.
(Right now, the vaccination is approved for girls/young women from ages 9 to 26. Just last week, the FDA rejected Merck's attempt to expand the use of the vaccination for women 27 and older. Merck plans to reapply.)

My read of Laurie's questions doesn't give me any impression that she's defending SSNs. Actually, I'm quite interested in the answers to those questions, myself.

Who cares what the answers are.............THEY are working against you - not for you.
First off, we should all work to prevent BAD law or ABUSE of the law from becoming reality.
At the same time, IF these bad laws and/or abuse of the law DO become, or HAVE become reality, it is our obligation as caretakers of our families and of the Constitution to ignore such laws.
Two recommendations:
Do NOT get a pediatrician who is a pharm/government tattler. Do research into ones who will not report you or kick you to curb for not vaccinating.
Do NOT send your kids to public school - and if at all possible - homeschool.

And I doubt I'm the only one. See, I do homeschool, and and am quite familiar with the vaccination issues. Therefore, I am keenly interested in whether such requirements will hit homeschoolers as well.
Asking questions does not imply endorsement nor condemnation of an issue, but rather curiosity and a wish to determine an answer.

SSN's
are always 100% voluntary. They are infinitely easier not to get in the first place than they are to get rid of. Once the number is used to record 'earnings' it will never go away and will be forever linked to whomever it was issued to.
If you press hard enough, anyone in the SSA will admit the program is voluntary. They will give you every reason and excuse to get one, but don't take the bait. Simply refuse. Their own pamphlets in their lobbies about getting one for your newborn even state it is completely voluntary.
While you can't get rid of one that has been used already, the SSA will admit that if you stop using it for 5 years it will be filed as inactive. (they do this when someone dies but it works for live people too)
But not using it is harder than you think. If you have a job you gave the number to, they use it everytime they file your 'earnings.' You won't be able to have a bank account tied to it, a driver's license tied to it, a loan tied to it, etc. etc.
This is possible, but not easy in the least.
Just help your kid out and don't sell them to the feds in exchange for a tax break will ya?

Social Security has always been voluntary for U.S. citizens living and working within the States. The Social Security Administration says: "The Social Security Act DOES NOT require an individual [citizen] to have a Social Security number (SSN) to live and work within the United States, nor does it require an SSN simply for the purpose of having one..."
I have not used my SSN for anything since the mid 90's after I mailed an 11 page affidavit to the proper government agency demanding my SSN be rescinded, whether they complied with the mandate is a different story. It has been difficult to live without one, but it can be done. It is best to not apply for one in the first place.

I think it's great that all these parents are looking out for their childrens' welfare by not having them numbered.
I am concerned, however, that parents be careful when explaining it to their children. If the child hears about all the things he can't do because he doesn't have a SS number, if may become the one thing he vows to get for himself as soon as he turns 18. Blowback!
Has anyone tried getting a driver licence without a SS number?

I got a driver's license within the last 10 years
without having to provide a SS number.
They asked me for it, and I told them that it was my private information.
They said they had to fill in the blanks on the form.
I told them to fill it in with all zeros.
They did that, and it's still that way today.
