Can McCain claim the Ron Paul votes?

those that would fall for the GOP party unity bullshit should have been at the CO State Assembly or some of the others around the country. There was no Unity with the neocons or the GOP party remnant that have abandoned their principles and ideals for the Bush/McSame neoconned right.

A vote for McBush validates their totalitarian impulses to shut out the Ron Paul activists. The party must be punished in the next election. The party must be torn down and thrown all the way out before it can be picked up, dusted off, and re-"constituted" in Ron Paul's image.

You do have voting options. Vote for Obama and pile on the electoral defeat or Vote for Barr or one of the other party candidates but, for America's sake, keep your vote away from the GOP.

that's for sure. If someone forced me to choose one of the "mainstream" guys, I would go for the slow death of Obama over the quick death of McCain. The only thing more damaging to this country than Obama's domestic agenda is McCain's foreign agenda. Southpark had it so right.

Just because Obama is such a horrible thought, not as horrible as Hillary but close enough. I really only think that he would ever make any inroads towards getting a substantial number of Paul supporters would be if he got a really liberty loving VP. If he picked Sanford I would vote for him, reluctantly, and with McCain old it be a pretty good idea. Sanford has a good shot at VP.
