Dr. Paul's vote was not unconstitutional. He authorized military force to chase terrorists in Afghanistan. It was the war in Iraq that was unconstitutional, and he voted against it.

It's ceding Congress' power to authorize what's "necessary and appropriate force" against "nations, etc, to the president for now and throughout the future. And it give the President that authority for only acts related to 9.11, but for all possible future acts of terrorism that the President deems. It's an unconstitutional transfer of authority.

If you look at the history of the FED...
You look at the history of 20th century wars, depressions, fuel crises, etc. The international bankers financed all of these things. They are, at least, indirectly responsible for the deaths of hundreds of millions of people. Don't think it's stopped. We can blame FED money policies for the .com crisis, the NASDAQ bubble, the housing bubble and subprime collapse, to name a few. Our present inflation is largely due to our Middle East operations and FED monetary policies.
When Jackson abolished the BANK OF THE UNITED STATES, there was, indeed a panic (in 1836) after John Quincy Adams became president.
However, the consequences of abolishing the FED are unlikely to be any worse than what they already plan for us.

is equally important. The timeline, I agree should be to get the right people in office first and then follow through with an investagation. However, if by chance there were facts that were brought out that any of the same group that is causing all of the other problems with our country were in violation or part of 9/11 it could be the linchpin to unravel all of the rest of things in short order to pave the way to resolving things. At any rate, whatever is discussed here on this site about 9/11 is not affecting any priorities one way or another so should not be a problem to anyone. It is a conversation like any others.

There is one thing that has to come before ANY positive change will ever happen in this country. That thing is called vote accountability. If we cannot be sure that our votes are being counted (and confirmed quite manipulated in the primaries), we can NEVER get a person in positions (or enough of them) to get things changed. You know the old Who song words: "meet the new boss, same as the old boss." Yes, that is what we will continue to get if people don't start taking their roles to get a fair system in place, seriously. All of the things you mention, Annie, absolutely have to be done, but none will ever change without people in charge wanting them to change. If those people are not worried about their job security from the voters, they have no reason to do the right thing for this country. They are concerned about losing their jobs, but not through voters. I'll let you decide, based on the current condition of this county, where their loyalty lies and why. The second part of the most important and first things this country must do is to stop the monopoly of "news" stations and confusing the many that don't bother to question things. Again, that won't happen without the people in charge wanting to change that....and they don't as it is their free lunch and what is keeping them in their sellout political position. It is those same stations that determine which sellout will be "elected" next.
