The We the People Congress and Foundation have organized a tremendous opportunity to tell Congress that they have overstepped their authority. It will be done through our Right to Petition.

1) If you do nothing else, take 1 minute and sign the petitions.
2) If you can, serve the petitions at your local Congressman or Senator's office.
3) Serve as a Plaintiff for federal suits being brought to each of the 11 federal appellate courts.
4) Protest for Redress of Grievances.
Also, please send word to your local media - and prepare for questions. They won't have a clue what you're talking about. WTP's short press release link is below.

I served Rep. Mark Udall CO 2 yesterday. It was quite exciting to participate in this effort. I KNOW that they will ignore the regress for grievances, but WTP have a plan, and this was just step one.

office will get a visit from me today to serve him. The are three others that will be serving him as well.
You would think 1200 folks in all 50 states serving petitions would be news in itself, however we all know better, so please ping any outlets you can.

Media bombing!
It might be late to serve for Monday,but it's not too late to bomb the media outlets with information.Here's a link to go to a prepared letter for media outlets and addresses of media outlets to be contacted. Spread the word about the Serving on Monday so it will be covered by the media.It's really easy to use ,simple easy to follow instructions and anyone can send the letters.

It is really too late to sign up to serve. The petitions must be mailed to you with instructions. However, if you check and your congressman is NOT being served, then you could sign up and contact Bob, and maybe you would still be needed to serve one later in the week. I know North Dakota has NO ONE serving their congressmen..so...
However, We the People Foundation (a non-profit org) is asking for a $7.00/ month commitment, and most of us could do that...
Just your daily reminder to get involved!
Sign the petitions, contact the press, do whatever you can.
Remember, as fun as it is, we won't win the revolution on blogs and in chatrooms (not entirely anyway).

now explain to me how you serve someone please. I am not into the media side of this, I don't want to be the enemy of the state, but if serving him is what you need, tell me how to do it-his office is about 30 minutes from my house. Thanks.

If you click on the website link at the top, it will take you to a page that outlines the entire process that the We the People Foundation is undertaking this summer.
On the website, under item "B", click on "Volunteer to serve the Petitions". From there, you can sign up to take these petitions for redress of grievances to Congressman Kucinich's office.

Please Sign- Everyone your liberties are in duress.
I can't believe there are not 1 million signatures.
I'm starting to think that we deserve everything coming to us for failure to stand up for our rights. Where are our Revolutionaries? We are not asking for armed rebellion it is a signature on a petition for god's sake stand up and be counted like your forefathers who brought this great country of freedom to bear.I beg of all of you to at minimum sign the petitions.
We the People are the only ones who can change anything.
