I'm just wondering how many would agree to form an alliance with people of all political spectrums where everyone would put aside their differences and work together on stopping war with Iran?
There is already something like this going on over FISA:
But anyway, I'm curious if people here would see it as a good idea to do something similar over an alliance against a war with Iran.
Maybe breakthematrix could host this cause too.

Why would anyone object to a gathering of Americans? This is what we need a common cause. I would sooner vote for Hillary as I would Obamama/Lake/Berzinski but a nice discussion about civil liberties, the second amendment, war, economics and government growth is what every American should do!
OK, I'll tolerate Obama supporters...at least I'll try...
It should be interesting to see how they react if Obama is elected. Basically it will be the "now it's YOUR war" thing. So they'll have a choice: they can be for Obama or they can be against the war. There'll no alternative.
But I suppose if this charade brings us an opportunity to bring the truth to them it's a good thing.

Campaign for Liberty should be the engine/heart driving the freedom movement.............but how about more/other engines?
One thing I'm learning is
One thing I'm learning is that you can only lead broad-based movements through education..as in the case of Dr. Paul's book.
If you want political soldiers, you form your own organization (like the Campaign for Liberty) and you push using concentrated force in a small area.
That's why I support a Ron Paul Third Party...same idea.

But you put it all together, and basically we have a scholarly core steering the movement pretty much by example.

Obama (pro-war) people are against the war? Now I've heard everything.
They don't believe he's going to stop the war, he's just going to CHANGE the war. Make it a hipper, friendlier war. More of an MTV generation war with music and dancing.

There's only one party in Washington, D.C. and that's the War Party. The O-bomb-a koolaid mainliners need to wake up and smell the depleted uranium. Until that happens, I don't know that any alliance will have much of an effect, but I would still encourage it. There's certainly strength in numbers.

Ron Paul Democrat (Conley)? The whole system (Dem, Rep, etc.) is so corrupt...I think it's time for all liberty-loving Patriots to band together, partisan leanings aside...and yes, I was of the impression the CFL was for this endeavor...
I am willing to join/do my part....the Iran war drum beats louder each day...
CFL is not fully operational yet, but getting there....action needs taken NOW...

One idea I posted recently, was to have some of our best writers come up with an invitation to Obama's supporters to join us in this campaign for liberty. With war drums in the near distance, they may be open to a joint venture to put a halt to the banging.
I was thinking dailykos would be the place to start. I'm guessing many of you may know other sites that are just as good or better. I'm also hoping many of you talented RP people out there can come up with even better ideas.

On the Independent Voters site there was a survey and Obama was way, way out ahead of everyone. Ron Paul was no longer an option. I hated it.
