If it was January 26th 2008, you would have to be shoveling snow everyday. You would have less time on your hands then you do now. I also know if it was January 26th 2008, we would have covered the ten people needed to email the Nevada meetup groups-days ago, we would have doubled the amount of money needed for www.dvds4delegates.com, BJ Lawson would have gotten enough donations to run a presidential campaign, and of course we would have Ghengis Khan's great words of wisdom, I do miss him- he took some of the fire with him. Where is our determination here, things have not changed, America is still taking the biggest shit of its young life and some of us think oh someone else will probably handle this or that, and in the end guess what noone handles it. For those of you who are newer to the Revolution, this is not how we used to be, we used to be a little stronger, a little more steadfast and quick to get something done. If you are new, please pick up where some of the veterans have been burned out. Do not be afraid to turn it up a notch for all of us. We have had many defeats which can definitely cause some to lose heart, but damn we had and will continue to have many more victories if we grab the fire again. We are all new to this for the most part, we have to keep learning and climbing. The only way to do that is if we let ourselves become uncomfortable and put aside some time and money to further this along. I know some feel we have lost our leader(he is still running though), but it is time to see who the real leader is, it is us. I am a former Marine, and I tell you, I have seen more sacrifice here than I did in the Marine Corps. In the Marines we call ourselves a "Band of Brothers", I see no difference here. It is time we look in the mirror and see who the leader truly is in this Revolution, Ron Paul isn't going to live forever. It is time to make yourself the next Ron Paul, grab the ball and run.

Off to Reno!
Where I will endeavor to represent all of us who cannot attend as best I can! Now is when we need to get energized, not sit back. If we can get our quorum and show that we are a force....it will open more doors for the Campaign for Liberty. If we don't, we just have to work harder. That's how a revolt works. That's how sales work...you have to get a lot of "NOs" before you get the big "YESs". We absolutely must focus and be in this for the long haul. Not one of us can say for sure what will happen tomorrow, or at the National Convention in September. If I were to place my bet...this is Nevada...I'm betting on the white hats this time! This country is off balance and in trouble and needs Ron Paul and the Constitution.
Please jump on your email and reach out to all in Nevada you can find on the meetup lists. At check-in for delegates, they need the badge they were issued at the April 26th convention, or their receipt from the GOP, and failing that if they have another delegate who attended who can verify their participation as a delegate, there will be notaries there to take their statements. Don't have a receipt, look for a cancelled check or a credit card statement. Obviously, the first two options are preferable. I chatted with a meetup leader yesterday who was unaware and had one or two delegates who could not find their badges so thought they would not be able to participate. Reassure everyone that there are people on hand to help them and if they need some sort of transport help they should refer to the web site www.nevadagopconvention.c... for more information.

IT'S DOABLE
Different paths:
I can only imagine that others have taken different paths to accomplish some of the things that need doing. While I do come here everyday to see what's new because I have learned so much more than I ever could have dreamed from the folks that share here, I find myself taking time to do other things that will further the cause even if in a small way. I truly believe the real message that the good Dr. what trying to present was to wake up and get involved.
It seems to me that it is happening and getting involved takes time. Time that we used to spend on other things and I see it growing in ways that aren't always immediately visible. But it is taking affect on many levels.

PCO's, running for office,lots of meetings and functions with our meetups.Boy,my life has really changed in the past year!Never thought I would be doing these
type of things!

in January, my business was shut down and I was unemployed, so I had alot of time on my hands. Now we are open and extremely busy, doing shows almost every night. But you are right nonetheless.

I've been working on the
I've been working on the illegal immigration portion of the revolution for over two years. That has not only not been resolved but has become even worse.
I joined a meetup group a year ago...but I've been seriously ill since August of '06 and therefore was unable to join the group in meetings, etc. I've signed petitions, written letters and emails..sent faxes...and tried to keep up with the news..
I think the revolution is a wonderful thing and I believe that together we can make a huge impression and maybe a few dents in the attitudes and legislation.
My hope is that we will remain strong...gather adherents as we go....so when we speak, they listen.
