This is what we have come to as a nation; Chief of Staff to the Vice President; John Yoo, the former Justice Department lawyer is asked about his involvement with a memo that claimed that the President has the authority to torture a child.

This Yoo guy is a total MORON...
actually he seems very very guilty of hiding the truth, or covering up something. He spent forever not answering any of the questions. The funniest part was when he was asked if he knew what the definition of the word "implemented" meant. He responded with "What do you mean"?
Someone should do a better job rehearsing his answers with him next time. He refused to answer a question that his supervisor had answered because he was instructed to by the Justice Department, and it was classified, what a bogus bunch of crap if you ask me. I hope he is brought up on charges for obstructing justice, he is part of the big government problem. I must give kuddos to those Congressmen/women for asking important, and direct questions.
