Should I still Volunteer or go too the real [PARTY!] :-P...

We received your application and it is a part of a pool which is
currently being processed through preliminary background checks. After the 4th of July, we will start alerting volunteers of their status and assignments. At that time we will also provide further information regarding orientation and training. Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm!"

My experience with the RNC lol
They called me and announced who they were ( the RNC ) and asked if I would be interested ................ I stopped them there and said if this is in support of John McCain then no, I won't help, and as I was hanging up, the guy was getting louder and I heard a NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooo click :-) Seriously, the guy said NOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo. I may have lost out on a opportunity to do something fun, but that's my loss I guess. I think they are getting very desperate. I'm going to the real convention, Ron Paul's mini-convention :-)

sounds like it will be after July 4th before they make up their minds. Hey people they need more volunteers from the sounds of the email. :-O
Will they give us a place to stay or do we find our own?
