I just posted this message and see that it came out on the blog list, so now I will post it on the general forum. Everyone needs to see this message.
I just received a call from a dear friend and Ron Paul supporter. She had just received a call directly from Linda Hunnicutt of the Granny Warriors. Appearently there is a rumor that is spreading like wildfire that the Revolution Freedom Festival in Sturgis, SD has been canceled.
NOT TRUE!
Linda and crew are on their way there in the Freedom Wagon at this moment. If you are part of a meet up group or have any other contacts, call in shows etc. please spread the message.
The Revolution Freedom Festival in Sturgis is on schedule as planned July 2-6. If anyone has any information on just how this rumor got started please contact Linda Hunnicutt directly at grannywarrior@gmail.com
Please everyone continue as planed. This will be a fantastic event and a wonderful time of fellowship for freedom loving patriots from across the nation. Thank you. M. Raborn

This is becoming a more and more common tactic
This is the right thing to do...immediately shine the light on the problem and make everyone aware. In your own areas, you might want to set up a phone/email tree and a couple "in the know" people to call when you first hear such reports so that they can exposed asap.
Sorry for this...it is so unfair.

this sabotage shows just how terrified they are of this movement.

change the headline to something like: perhaps in capital letters even:
Revolution Freedom Festival in Sturgis, SD is right on schedule, 2-6 July, see you there!!
You might have more respose if you change your title.
"Please Help Stop the Vicious Rumor" is a bit vague.

Unfortunately there seems to be no shortage of people who want to trip up the Revolution at every turn. But as long as we don't give up, we aren't defeated.
