Picture this if you will, Granny (Linda) driving the Granny Wagon through the "worst storm you ever saw", headed for Sturgis, S.D. when she receives news via the cell phone that "someone" has been spreading the rumor via "private e-mail" to scheduled speakers of the Revolution 4 Freedom Festival that the "festival has been cancelled"!!
The Festival has not been cancelled. It's going to be televised!!
The Granny Warriors have worked and sacrificed too much to make this event a reality. The speakers have put in time working on their speeches,planning their workshops, and arranging their schedules to be in S.D.for this event.
Too many egos and petty jealousies are going to ruin the movement. Go march, rally,and "rah,rah,rah, sis, boom bah.." Let those of us who want to move forward and deal with the issues facing us do so.
This exact thing was done to the Granny Warriors on April 15, 2008. Imagine, being told by the Capitol Events police that, "a couple of people were here before you arrived. They were telling people who were coming to the rally that it had been cancelled." Granny also received hundreds of e-mails that night, after the event asking, "why" the rally had "been cancelled."
As you all know, the Granny Warriors are outspoken and if we have a problem with something or someone, we let you know. Granny never minces her words. We would never sabotage someone else's event like that. It really makes you wonder if anyone is taking whats been happening in this country on a daily basis seriously or is this really just about profit and egos for some people??
Anyway, The Revolution 4 Freedom Festival is happening. Granny is on the road with Clint Eastwood's stunt double headed for Sturgis, S.D. The rest of the gang will arrive tomorrow to start setting up. We're looking forward to meeting everyone and having "one hell of a time"! See you there!

I went to Granny's March...
in D. C. and it was BIG! The number of people there wasn't as important as what went on at the event. It felt good to be there and it will feel good to be in Sturgis, too, no matter how many people show up. It's not the number that counts; it's the quality that counts!!
That's why I'm taking my teenage god daughter w/me to Sturgis so she can gain some knowledge there and learn how to be a true patriot and be proud to meet other patriots who stand for something instead of falling for anything!!!
I'm counting on having a good time, learning and taking home much from the festival. I'm also going to be in D.C. on the 12th. Let's enjoy our festivals, all of them, and all of our marches whenever and wherever we can! We can't all be at the same place at the same time. Thank God for the diversity of events coming our way. WE NEED THEM!!

Linda I applaud you on your efforts and DO NOT let anyone deter your focus you just keep doing what you are doing.
If someone is sending out information to try to destroy the integity of this event SHAME ON YOU.
Linda it seems that every time someone sticks their neck out to help they get their head chewed off and it can be very discouraging BUT YOU STAY FOCUSED do not let this very small group of people force you out or change your focus.

Just Frustrated
ANYWAY... this is tiring... I leave out the door within the hour with a trailer full of books, cd's and whatever else... (most of the speakers sent stuff on ahead)

It is posted on our website that WE ARE NOT CANCELLED
Kathy will be monitoring the internet the entire time we are setting up this time, so we can catch any problems (we hope others help her out)

Calling people traitors is a load of crap. Do you not know that the owners of revolutionbroadcasting are also organizers and founders of the DC march? This baffles me to no end.
We had Linda on on of our LIVE broadcasts and I personally dedicated her an entire show just for this event every friday night at 9pm for 1 full hour to her and she didn't ever contact me back. Now we are traitors? Something smells rotten here.

Yes i was on your show and appreciate the time but really didn't feel like there were too many listeners yet I was nice and polite... I did not know you had offered to bring me back every week? Do you have that authourity? Is that your radio station? You should have said something on air... As for me calling someone a traitor? Back up... I never said that and Art has the right to say what ever he feels like and he certainly has every right to call a spade a spade especially when he has first hand proof by their actions and words to him personally...

I spoke to you for over an hour via telephone weeks and told you I would help you as well as other things we do not need to mention for it is counter productive. We were clear I would give you every Friday night at 9pm an entire hour for you or anyone else you worked with to help promote your rally and help you raise funds although I never heard from you again. If you look at my first response to this thread i defended and tried to encourage you and I will continue to do that.
I saw someone post on RPF with a vexed attitude and thought it should require a response to it's merit.
I am a founder of the www.revolutionbroadcastin... radio broadcast as well as a producer for the network and I can get you and anyone else on as many shows as need be if it was important.
I am not on the board of the dc march team but I have been helping them secure guests and other important issues that needed help.
If you have proof of such actions of the DC March board please post it and remove all doubt. to call someone a traitor is harsh and that should require proof Linda regardless of free speech as to if it holds merit.
I have nothing against you and have tried to support you and I persoannly mentioned your rally on the air live many times to help promote your rally.
Just stay focused Linda and get the job done for it will all work out in the end.

I'd love to go to Sturgis event but....
I can't find any times the speakers I want to see will be speaking. There needs to be a schedule posted if people are going to go. The last day I checked to see when Ron Paul or McManus were speaking was about 3 days ago...still nothing. Does anyone know a schedule yet? I know of several other people that aren't planning on going because of this very reason.

Ernie was there but not that early.... he had no way of knowing what was going on as he was busy hiding his helium tank from the troopers, you know it could have been explosive and he could be a terrorist.. that is why the troopers were looking for me to check our permits..which by the way were all legal and correct and if you notice we had no problem with them once they took a look at them.
As for us driving around the block very very early? I don't know what ou call early but 11 AM certainly wasn't early to me. It took us hours to find the station to be inspected and xrayed so we could even go in front of the Capital. Yes they exrayed the War Wagon as well as the Driver.. they made us all get out so we wouldn't be exposed to the xray but poor Scott had to drive the wagon though the gates and get doused with those rays...lol... yep Scanner Scott glowed for a while afterwards...

Ron is not the center of this event.. we are not depending on just dedicated supporters to be the only ones there, there are lots of people in this country that need to hear Ron's message so they can get excited also and get on the Warpath with us.

Before people start making speculations
Like the poster "FWD:Urgent, Important Announcement!" who lays the blame on the revolution march people they need to get specific and have their facts right.
I hope people don't start debating that poster and just bump it to the top of the list. It doesn't make any sense to attack other people in this movement. It REALLY doesn't make any sense to attack a website without some evidence or names to point towards. Beware of people trying to divide by pointing fingers.

"FWD: Urgent,Important Announcement!" was forwarded to me by one of the other organizers who has first hand knowledge of what happened in D.C. on April 15th and prior to the rally. Why don't you contact Art and ask him for those names you want?
Art wanted it out there and we're tired of playing games! Someone has done this to us twice now! To say we're upset is an understatement. It needs to stop now.

Those people must have showed up very early... The War Wagon circled the block and was on site bright and early that fine day... The guy giving out shirts and mini-blimps was set up and hard at work when Granny pulled in so he was real early as was David Gay. I loved it. Now maybe the storm troopers told the fib, because they were looking for Granny with regards to the permit. We pointed them in the direction of the War Wagon and off they went. It very well could have been them because stagging was being set up, the people with the (4 Huge RP 08' signs) showed up and did a brief display on the street :-P
Its a logistic thing... This suprises people?
Our movement is threatening trillions of dollars being funnelled to the wealthiest people in the world, not to mention the dynasty of power that's been quietly kept for centuries by the lead gang members (the "royalty" across the world-but mostly europe).
What the Granny's are doing is antithetical to everything the gang members want for this world. Not to mention the lunacy of the globalists have either infected or innured the vast majority of America. So people who think they're performing some great service, are under the sway of sociopaths.
South Dakota is too far for me, but I wish them the best of luck. Any chance of them having a live webcast of the event? Possibly with a roving camera to catch all the excitement?

Whoever did it just KNEW how much it would honk Granny off..Sturgis is obviously a HUGE event, and LOTS of people coming, and the whole idea of it being canceled is pretty much unbelievable by itself. I really think the disinfo and division must be coming from one of many known types that have infected the DP, RPF and RBR & other forums for just that purpose...to distract and divide our strength and common purpose!
To do such a thing... to purposely sabotage an enormous effort and gathering of positive pro- liberty individuals does not sound like the Ron Paul Supporters I know and believe in! I cannot wait to see the press and you tubes and increase of New Members to "Ron Pauls Campaign for Liberty!" as a result of both of these events! The Freedon Rally and The DC March!

We know that DP has a huge following and we thought they were all interested in supporting the freedom movement and would want to help stop the spread of mis-information. First off I personally have no opinion on the March. I hope it turns out well.
Secondly, all you have to do is contact our Guest Speakers that DID get emails stating the event was cancelled.
We posted simply for damage control.
Everyone has worked EXTREMELY HARD getting this Festival off the ground and we get people like you.
Our speakers have spent money mailing out their books, cd's, newspapers (PokerFace spent $95 on a small box just so it would be here in time!!!)
And you think it is FAIR that someone is running around saying its cancelled?
Our speakers spent no less then $500 EACH to come to our Festival, some well over $1000 preparing their speeches, travel, accommodations, shipping items, taking time away from family and the office. Some of our speakers spent money out of their own pockets while in some cases the Granny Warriors paid to help them get here.
Hours and hours, days into weeks, we have been preparing for our Freedom Festival and our message on how to move forward and take back our country.
For each time you slander the Festival, and put it down you are putting down our Speakers as well. I am quite sure you wouldn't personally walk up to Jim Babka from DownsizeDC and tell him that his message is not important... so lets find the sources of the problem and stop them from running around and telling people it is cancelled.
Such as the videos that went onto YouTube for the DC Rally telling everyone it was cancelled... what a slap in the face to Dave Von Kliest, Ron Paul, Russell Means, Tom Cryer, Doreen Hannes, Jack McLamb and all the others!!!!
So can you imagine the punches our Guests are feeling since we had to personally call them all up and ask if there was any concerns, etc.... that we are not cancelled and still moving forward.
