We reconvened the Nevada Republican Convention today in Reno! None of the traitorous Party Hacks who illegally shut down our April Convention (Sue Lowden, Bob Beers, et al...) had the courage to show up because the had unfortunately scheduled a weenie roast in Las Vegas today.
Mike Weber (the hero who tried to save our April Convention) was elected Chairman. (Folks, Mike Weber is running for office in Nevada and we need to support him financially. I will get contact info when I recover from today!)
We had a completely legal and orderly (as in Robert's Rules of Order Revised Edition) convention. To make a long story short we elected a huge slate of Ron Paul delegates to the National Convention, including the Hero of Nevada, Dr. Wayne Terhune, the man who (with his incredible son, Robert, amazing daughter Jennifer, and heroic wife Jessica) reconvened this convention.
Today was a huge victory of good vs. evil, right over wrong. History was made in America today.
Lets go to National and make more history.

Many of us have felt it is too soon to relax our efforts
Today showed that hard work does pay off and again, I thank all fo those who organized this event so much. Have you ever felt that little niggling in the back of your brain which is telling you "something else is afoot, something maybe you are not even expecting?" I've been dealing with that for several months now and today at the Convention, some legitimate strateges were incorporated which were surprising and uncannily intelligent, not unfair or underhanded, but just a step ahead which gave us an edge. We must remember Ron Paul is brilliant and he has plans. We are motivated because of the corruption we have been seeing in the RNC and we must have hope and pay attention to those niggles at the back of our thoughts.
Someone once asked me about the meaning of "It's Doable." Today we began to prove "It's Doable."
