when we served the local people here in MN for violations, they acted the same way- but we hammered them good too. Great job we all need to be doing this and holding the politicians feet to the fire, make them follow their oaths or hate their jobs!!

So, If I get served for being an 'enemy of the state' I don't have to do anything because, what.... I don't like the charge.. Great!! Now I can never be called into court!! I can do whatever I damn well please and all I have to say is, "No, you can't hall my ass of to jail, because I don't like these charges and I will just ignore what you are saying to me."
When I served the office of Congressman Roscoe Bartlett in the 6th district of MD.
In fact it was almost a word for word identical scenario. They were happy to take the info. and wanted to hand it over to their lawyers, but no one was allowed to sign for it.
Yeah..I told the asst. she was only signing that I had delivered the papers, but she was just too paranoid. The upside was, that they were taking it very seriously.
I gave them something from me personally. A copy of the DVD "Washington You're Fired." Hope they watch it...
