So, the game is toe the party line or get kicked out? What a joke the political process has become.
On the Hill some call it being McKinney'd--the treatment Green Party presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney received when she was in Congress. Twice, rather than protecting the incumbent, the Democrats put up well funded challengers against her. Now, it looks like Dennis Kucinich may be facing the same treatment in Cleveland.

at times he slept in a car with his family when he was younger. He came from the bottom, unlike most of these silver spoon politician assholes. I think he is definitely a person who deserves credit for doing the right thing. He may not be an exact fit, but wouldn't you vote for him before Obama, or McCain? I think so. I support anyone who supports impeaching the ahole running our country.

I agree with Dime. We should target Pelosi.
She is part of the problem and gop republicans of any sort hate her enough to go along with a focused campaign against her.
She is pro-state, pro-Israel, and anti-Constitution, and anti-American. I say we nail that s.o.b.

Maybe we ought to have some sort of money bomb for Kucinich, just to show that we are behind him in many of his efforts. Let's not forget that when asked Kucinich stated that he would prefer to have Ron Paul as his running mate. I believe Kucinich is a friend of our revolution, maybe even part of it.
In regards to Cynthia McKinney, I still cannot get out of my mind the fiasco she created after she assaulted the security guard who stopped her from bypassing a metal detector. Rather than apologizing right away, McKinney showed up on TV backed up by a group of people who presented themselves as hateful uneducated militants who were trying to play the race card as a defense for her assault on the guard. She has a long way to go to restore her credibility.

I normally would not support quite a few of Kucinich's ideals, but he is the BEST of the crop of rotten corn. He has guts, he is ethical and he is responsive. If we have to have Democrats, we need more like him. I would ask CFL to help him if no one "better" is running, which I do not yet see that there is. I have actually donated to DK before, and think he does a great job.

..I would like to see CFL help him, BIG TIME...financially, ads, videos, etc..and really push the issue that his detractors are trying to punish him over the impeachment issues....THE PEOPLE WANT IMPEACHMENT...

of the political process. City, County, State. National. Voting and community education on the issues is one of the primary focuses of The Campaign for Liberty. Imagine people putting the same emphasis on electing an honest sheriff as we do the President; perhaps we would have a competent govt because we paid more attention instead of just checking a box or not even showing up to cast a vote. The greatest ability we have as a movement is to use our activism (with strategy) and attack certain seats. Our power block will and should be able to cause great discomfort upon the establishment and I truly believe these people are not the sharpest people and will fumble the ball. Let truth be our guiding light and fight them every step of the way.

i agree.
i donated 25$ to her on sunday 6/29/08 (bj lawson's money bomb day... to whom i also donated 25$). i know this post ISN'T about supporting ron paul... but i found ron paul because i REJECT our war OF terror... and sheehan - tho somewhat of a statist - is on the peace side of this timely issue.

I couldn't have said it better. They are NOT the sharpest people. Cunning and coniving...maybe. BUT, they are simply manipulated stooges. Once correctly challenged you will find they really have NO foundation.
