Since RP has now predicted "SOMETHING BIG", let's consider the possibilities!

I have been pondering Ron Pauls essay all day.

I can not decide if he is just describing the general scenario that we all know about or if he is hinting to some insider information.

ya, somehow I don't think it's going to be a good thing....

in the very least, I think it'll mean war with Iran... and that will be enough to finally push the country over the edge.... but it could also become much worse....

Here's my worst-case scenario that starts with a War with Iran:

First, something has to start the war. Obviously it won't be Iran. It'll either be a U.S. or Israeli or combined strike... it might just be an air strike/bombing.

If not this, then there will be a fake incident that takes us to war... like the Gulf of Tonkin with Vietnam.... Or worse, there'll be a terrorist attack again (I've heard Huston, Texas is a potential target). This would either have to be done by the U.S., or allowed to happen.... Or, an attack happens by coincidence and they somehow tie it to Iran.

Iran is already in the process of preparing for war. They're reportedly digging 350,000 graves for soldiers/casualties.

War will mean mean a collapse of the dollar and the U.S. economy which will effect world wide trade. It'll throw everyone into a depression and prices will skyrocket.... High fuel prices and a shortage (for use for war, and sources being cut off by war) will make the crisis/war expand bringing in other countries. It wouldn't be unlikely for Russia and China to get involved, as they'd have their interests in the world/Iran at risk. They could enter the war, not necessarily on the side of Iran, but as a potential third side.

Mean while, food prices will soar and a shortage will occur. Again, bringing more nations into the conflict. Many people starve around the world (including in America).

Bush declares martial law and seizes power. The election is canceled. Large demonstrations and riots force mass arrests. People are moved to camps.

Nuclear weapons may be used in battles/against targets (both military and cities).

The draft is reinstated. the NAU rises.

An untold number of people die.

The aftermath leaves the door open for a few possibilities: 1. Bush becomes dictator, 2. things return to normal, 3. our efforts prove successful, 4. complete reorganization leading to NAU/NWO/one world government, 5. a new leader rises, 6. The world ends in chaos and destruction....

Yes, I'm a bit pessimistic....

Or, the alternative scenario:

Everything goes our way and the world becomes a better place.

For instance it would be very easy to scare the population with a series of FF attacks, get the people on edge and then plan a big one that is shown on TV.

Congress meets, Continuation of Government is blessed by the media, the internet is cut off, bank accounts frozen and limited curfews imposed.

I'm not being paranoid, but I think some of the things RP said tonight on the radio, shows that he has clearly considered and is concerned that events could progress in this direction.

revolution broadcasting at 9 PM tonight..he.talked of many things but mentioned something to the effect that what if we're marching, grassroots, 6 months from now...are we gonna be arrested? Not a good thought.....
He sounded very down to me, but that might just be me.......

Fortis mentioned that 6,000 banks will collapse soon. Maybe that's what's gonna happen.

is, that the powers that be might use the coming economical havoc to pull down the Internet as we know it.
I think that's why it's important for liberty friends to get in contact offline. Perhabs Ron Paul had this in mind too, when he called for the DC march. I think events like this or the Sturgis festival, local events and meetups are really important. Sad we don't have this infrastructure yet in Euroupe.

wasn't he refering to the response he has received on the campaign trail as "Something Big"?

I think we need to keep putting as much pressure in all directions on our elected officials to follow the constitution.

We have the solutions. I believe more will recognize that and join the movement.

I fear that a conflict with Iran may occur due to a false flag operation.

I fear that Israel or the USA may covertly assassinate one of their leaders and conflict will devastate all global economies.

and the Ron Paul supporters will be growing gardens and industrializing hemp.

I think that is what he is talking about more. The stock market going down and housing prices. That makes up most low or middle income American wealth. Their equity and 401K. Those are quickly evaporating.
