where should a r3VOLutionary blog?

I've been feeling the need to have my own blog again. I stopped using Blogger when Google ate them. Here are my desires:

  • FREE
  • run by decent people who want to PROTECT my privacy, and will refuse to go along with "law enforcement" until said "law enforcement" actually follows the law
  • easy to use
  • useful/fun/exciting social networking tools (but I don't want them to get in the way of my being able to "just blog" if that's all I feel like doing)
  • useful comments features
  • reasonable-length fine print (unlike Google's for Blogger)

There are lots of other features I might want, but those are the key ones off the top of my head. So, any suggestions?

I'm looking at wordpress.com right now. I like what I see so far.

It's good that you're looking for ways to bring change (and not the vapid Obummer kind), but that's not what I'm asking for here. Once I find a home base, I might look for chances to sneak across enemy lines though....
