viacom is trying to force google to turn over all youtube users viewing information

I suck on computers, so sorry no link, but I just heard it on the radio, and saw it on aol's homepage. Google is the only search engine that is allowed to store your search info for life, imagine that. Google is fighting viacoms suit, viacom says it is because of infringement violations of youtube users posting excerpts from viacom shows. Thought you all might want to know. Goodnight, keep up the great work.
