I feel that this documentary is worthy of its own thread. This documentary was made a while back by Adam Curtis, and it originally aired on the BBC.

If the topic of mass psychology, crowd behavior and manipulation is of any interest to you, then this is one documentary that I guarantee will intigue you. This documentary is mainly about Sigmund Freud's theories about the human mind and behavior being put into practice by his nephew Edward Bernays for the purposes of propaganda and advertising. Interesting and thought provoking to say the least.
