We have had several states that had Primaries and State Conventions..
But since the "official" website is down, we can not just go there to look.
I will list some states that I know of where he won publicly known delegates..(I also know that many states the ones that are "for" mccain are actually for Ron Paul...
Nevada--28(26 alternates)
Pennsylvania -5 (14 alternates)
Oregon-4
Idaho-6 (6 alternates)
South Dakota-
North Dakota-5
Iowa-1 ( 7 alternates)
Nebraska- 2(3 alternates)
Washington-4 (6 alternates)
Louisiana- 1 (1 alternate)

they elected like 76 delegates...thats alot ..and they do it by direct election..the original way all the states did it...back in the days of freedom!!

According to that, McCain has 1,052 delegates and...
...there are still 1,006 uncommitted and available delegates!
How accurate is that? If it is up to date, then Ron Paul really could still win if everyone got together.
I'm wondering about Neveda. Since the GOP is going to hold another convention on July 26, does that mean those 28 delegates will be lost, or will they all show up at the GOP convention too, to get re-elected?
If they don't get re-elected, will it go to the courts, where the GOP will stall it?

actually it looks like the GOP is not going to have a convention
on July 26...as of today they announced they do not have enough of a response to hold the convention...so as of now...we (our June convention) is standing....Thats 28 delegates...but we may need to go to court to force them to accept the results..
The issue will be if there was a quorum?
Since under the initial rules there was not a quorum, I guess that will be the issue?
here is some of the legal jargon that proves it...
There is no "former" convention, the convention NEVER recessed. The convention has always been going on.
Under RONR (10th. Ed.) sec. 20, p. 222, ln. 30,
"A recess is a short intermission in the assembly's proceedings, commonly only of a few minutes, which does not close the meeting and after which business will immediately be resumed at exactly the point where it was interrupted."
Thus, by definition, a recess can never be used to close a meeting. Under RONR, there are two types of recess: (1) a privileged motion to recess, requiring a majority vote, or (2) a unilateral recess being declared by the chair if it was provided for in the agenda or program.
On April 26th, a RECESS was not provided for in the program or agenda (even though the agenda on April 26th. may have provided for ADJOURNMENT at a particular time, completely different from a recess).
Thus, the purported recess on April 26th. would have been valid ONLY if a motion to recess was made and seconded by the convention delegates, and the motion was voted on by a majority of delegates. Even then, however, the recess could not have been used to close the meeting.
For this reason shown above they now have a new quorum that is roughly 300(a bit more) delegates. And now business is taking place with full legality and force of law behind them. WE THE PEOPLE SHALL AND WILL PREVAIL!!!!! LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.....now GO spread the word to every man, women and creature that we can still win Ron Paul the PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!
This brings in a total of 22+6 (from April)= 28 additional delegates for RON PAUL!!!!
Question! If the convention in April was 'never held' how can
you still add those six delegates??

that Ron Paul only has 10 delegates! Perhaps you could just tell us how many delegates are from your state, if you live in the states.

that site is pretty conservative in their postings...
it has a lot of good information...but not all the results are posted (for example what about Oregon..or Idaho??? so, I dont use that site to "prove" the whole delegate count...
Hand Counting and Direct Representation
There should be no elections. Every person has one vote. They can either give their vote to a representative or vote directly. Representatives will have power based on the number of votes they receive.
Direct representation will eliminate corruption because representatives will be immediately accountable to the people.
The MSM will look pretty stupid
when Ron Paul gets the nomination, i wonder how they will spin it

Do you really think that each state's GOP would willingly
release that information?? I think it would be better if we could get people here to report on their states' numbers. In fact, maybe one of us -- and I'd be willing -- should just start a new thread (or rename this one) for that purpose since people must be thinking that you really mean within the last month, when it seems as though we want to collect the information from ALL the states regardless of when their conventions were. What are your thoughts on this?

Well yes..my original point was to show people via the numbers
that Ron Pauls support and his numbers(delegate numbers that is ) have very recently gone up---even through the roof in some places..Once those numbers are solidified in peoples mind....then we can jump to a thread that announces all the states with delegates...
---the whole goal is to convince the majority here at DP that he can still win the nomination.... once they either believe...or start getting off the whole "he quit its over mindset" then we can rouse them to bigger and larger tasks/goals!!!...so....everything is one step at a time...
(I think that is the only reason why DVD4delegates hasn't taken off..people don't realize how close this election is and they are brainwashed by the MSM on what chances he has...if you listen to a lie long enough it sticks in your subconsciousness till you really start considering it is truth...)

was renaming this thread to help better gather information. Like, instead of "this month" ask about all the state conventions. I think that may be why people aren't responding. But that's just speculation on my part...

Seems like a valid point to me. I'm for it. I know that Nevada got 28 delegates, but I'm not sure how many of the alternates were Ron Paul supporters.
