Libertarians are "leftists" and my county GOP is the "Silent Majority"!!!

You are invited to the Spokane Valley (4th Legislative District) PCO campaign workshop for CONSERVATIVE Republicans.
Bringing all like-minded friends, family and neighbors is also highly encouraged.

Why? The RIGHTIST, CONSERVATIVES have been very effective in filling vacant PCO positions and filing to run against NEOCON LIBERAL Republicans.
The 4th Legislative District has 79 PCO positions.
Right now CONSERVATIVES have 29 uncontested seats while LEFTIST LIBERAL Republicans have only 12.
Sixteen seats will remain unfilled, leaving the big deciding factor with the 22 PCO positions that are contested.
The CAMPAIGN FOR LIBERTY supporters have been very organized. They proved this during the Caucuses.
Out of 114 PCO Delegates to the Spokane County Republican Convention 106 were Ron Paul supporters.
This was the largest amount of support that Ron Paul received in the nation by one county - of all the counties, in all the states in the US. CONGRATULATIONS, AND PLEASE HELP KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
If THEY don't continue WE will seize the majority in Spokane County and move our CONSERVATIVE, LIBERTY-loving Republican Party to
the left towards a platform of TYRANNY.

Call a BBQ. Hold a movie night, and watch something really interesting. Start a paleoconservative book club. Do something! Keep going!

For neo-cons to publicly acknowledge that you are a threat to them means that you guys are doing a great job. It also means they are getting desperate. The next step on the road is for the msm to acknowledge that Ron Paul supporters are a serious threat to their position as well.

Gee, I've been involved in electing Republicans for almost 50 years, and I've always believed these things. As best I can remember, all the "traditional Republcans" claimed to believe them, too.

Just like Dr. Paul says he is the most Conservative candidate. What is lefty about being Conservative? They are left, big government, war, welfare (corporate and personal), regulated economy, interventionism, etc, etc. This letter is ludicrous. They don't even understand what they are talking about. They are liberals. Neocon scum. The founders would have hung them from the highest trees.

for the GOP is to have a "knee-jerk" reaction to brand anything that threatens their power as "leftist".
They can't help themselves. Anything they don't understand is "leftist".

I think it's actually funny(and sad) that the GOP people that issued this newsletter don't give half a crap about the country or doing any meaningful governing, but By God their going to do everything they can to keep their power.
Notice that they say nothing about anything except to try to block anybody else from getting in that might actually do something.

My recommendation for the first encounter is to try to win friends and supporters by showing them that you are NOT Libertarians(a different party altogether), but you are Republicans and want to be active in politics as a civic duty to help the country. That helps allay the fears of a "takeover" and also gives a chance to discuss the smaller government policies that the GOP used to favor. Then they won't fear you. Heck, they might even join you!

Also while you are there, make mental notes of who the main Party Bosses are, and the vocal "blockers" who would try to stop us. There are always just a few of these in key spots, and they need to be identified.
Then later, write down their names and bring opposition candidates to run against them when it is time for election.

in the Seattle area.They said there were more people running for PCO's than ever before but they haven't complained about it yet.I paid my dollar and filed a few weeks ago.

A rebuttal.

You could tell them Reagan said "Libertarianism is the heart and soul of conservatism" but that's admitting to being libertarian which is probably not a good strategy. Just a list of spending under a 'traditional conservative' GOP should be enough and a list of Dr. Paul's votes.
