Its been going on for years but nobody could prove it....the bank in town was burned down in an effort to destroy ballots (evidence) - fortunately the ballots where stored in the fireproof safe and were able to be used in the trial.
You wouldn't believe how segregated everything still is in these small towns...

I can see that happening here in Alabama. We have some of the most corrupt pooliticians here.
