Junior Minning Etf's or mutual funds?

Are there any mining stock etf's with an emphasis on precious metals? I'm uneasy of picking a few stocks on my own since I'm not totally confident in my ability to research and buy single mining stocks.

when the economy implodes will people still have access to stock funds and mutual funds etc. or will the government nationalize that as well. Does anyone know what happen in Argentina on this point. I know people lost their saving but what about the stock mkt investments? Peace

I'm not looking for
I'm not looking for investment advice. I'm just having a hell of a time and spending an eternity on stock websites scanning through etf's and trying to determing which etf's or mutual funds have an emphasis on gold and silver mining. So far what I have found are mining etf's that have 20% in gold mining and 60% in industrial (steel/iron/coal) mining. The vanguard fund miniumum is 10,000 and on top of that its closed to new investors.
I'm just looking for a few etf's that are focuse on mining or mining and commodities even. who has the time to search through hundreds of etf's.
Pick and Choose
Investment advice is something I take serious and am not going to give it. I believe either a person has to research for themselves or have a professional help them.
I do happen to like some junior oil, metal and rare earth element companies.
