I received a gift from John McCain today

Have you ever seen a McCain bumper sticker or yard sign? I haven't. Well today John McCain sent me a bumper sticker and asked for money. Unfortunately for him my truck already has a bunch of cool looking Ron Paul stickers. I guess I will have to politely decline and send his sticker back in the self addressed envelope. Thanks anyway.

I felt very special

Yesterday I received a letter from my state GOP asking for a donation, and including a McWar bumper sticker.

I have never seen a McAmnesty sticker in the wild, and I have only seen ONE McInsane yard sign in my entire city, ever, over the entire campaign. I will be eagerly watching to see if many of these stickers end up on real bumpers or not. I am keeping mine as a keepsake. In case Ron Paul wins the GOP nomination, I'll have a bumper sticker in my collection for the candidate that was soundly trounced by RP in the convention. :-)

What I'd really like, though, is a postage paid envelope from the McCrum campaign. I have some things to send them!

HEHEH!!! I've only seen one McCain sign around here...

Unfortunately, I've also seen 3 or 4 bumperstickers! Guess that was because of our convention!!

ive seen an actual mccain

ive seen an actual mccain lawn sign. ironically his neighbor has an obama yardsign. im tempted on some days to switch their lawn signs. a vote for either is a vote for financial imprisonment anyway. some people would ask if they are each others worst nightmares. i ask why arent they soulmates?

Hilarious

You should do it!

i sent that weasel

his own envelope filled with gravel. had to weigh a couple pounds. i wish i had seen this post first, i'd have been more creative.

oh well, i did trick that traitor into signing one of my pocket constitutions in front of a couple hundred people...i thought he was going to blow his aorta on the spot, when he saw that he was signing right under the bright red ink stamp of "ron paul for president".

haha. mccain endorses RP for pres.

mccain is a nasty malignant little dwarf.

I was called by the local

I was called by the local McCain campaign asking to work the phone bank at the office they opened up the street from me. Should I go??

I'm thinking about organizing a Ron Paul sign wave across the street from their office.

yes definitly go! then on

yes

definitly go!

then on the phone just tell everyone the truth:
"hi, would you like to vote for john mccain? he will continue the war in iraq.
he wont take any options off the table regarding iran, he wont abolish the fed, he wont abolish the income tax etc."

and if your supervisor isn't around, you can tell people about ron paul.

definitly go!

Emergency, emergency!

I received a letter from him, too, marked "Emergency!" It was such an emergency for me that I threw it in the recyclables.

Hubby received an 'Emergency' large envelope containing

a FEDEX envelope with a paid for shipping label----so I kindly sent some Slimjims, etc for the benefit of the person opening the FEDEX package! I also taped some RP business cards above the shipping label and stamped it Ron Paul for President!

Best way to recycle

When those beg letters come with a postage paid business reply envelope you should recycle them by sending them back with Ron Paul slim jims.

wanted to make a dramatic statement

I received a fundraising solicitation today in the mail from the McAIPAC Campaign.

I returned the solicitation with a nice little note about how I would not consider supporting McCain until he returned to the ideals of true Republicanism and enclosed two Ron Paul slim jims and a pocket Constitution in the paid return envelope to help him remember what Republicanism was.

I know that it's kind of a waste of a pocket Constitution, but I wanted to make a dramatic statement. :-)

If you haven't already mailed it, you may want to consider

cutting it into very small pieces so that it can't be used again. ??

Love that business reply mail

Like many of you I registered as a Republican to vote for Paul, and sent a significant amount of money to his campaign. So now I'm on all the Republican party computers as a hot prospect. Whenever I get one of their beg letters I just send it back in their business reply envelope (no stamp wasted) giving McCain $0, with a short note saying that I voted for Ron Paul, not a pro illegal amnesty, pro deficit spending war monger.

Too bad we can't

tape the envelope onto a refrigerator filled with concrete and ask for Same Day air.

I can do y'all one better!

McCrum is so impressed with MY importance, that HE wants ME to answer yet ANOTHER survey for him!! (I guess he REALLY wants another Ron Paul slimjim!!)

My parents have been getting this kind of junk frequently and haven't been telling me! Hopefully now that I have made it more clear to them that I want to use the mail for our purposes they will give the stuff to me... I have been waiting to send off my one slimjim from super tuesday for a long time.

Let's help them

RonPaulLincoln
since they railroaded McCain as the "presumptive" nominee, I have decided to help them with the tracks. Our town has a repair yard for BNSF tracks. They have a lot of small scrap pieces of railroad track that you can get for free. I'll tape the envelope to the largest piece of track I can carry and tell them to use it to railroad McCain into the Whitehouse!

Bumper sticker attached to track too!

I thought I was the only one

returning slim-jims and the like. Funny! THEY HAVE TO NOTICE!!!

I sent them back a donation request...

for a new refirigerator that me and my fiance are wanting to buy!

Awesome!

HA!

Ha Ha - I got an autographed

Ha Ha - I got an autographed 8 x 10 of John and Cindy! And a nice certificate and photo from the Reagan's. This week's mail contained no less than 6 various money requests from GOP - I am getting tired of it

I fill all these SASEs with

I fill all these SASEs with as much crap as I can and drop them in a mail box. The campaign gets my trash and pays the post office for the additional postage based on the weight of the package.

McCain should have embraced Ron Paul

Just think...If McCain would have welcomed Ron Paul and his ideals to the convention, maybe he would have gotten those votes. But now he won't get one vote from any real Ron Paul supporter. Send the stickers back with an invitation to the REAL convention in St Paul.

Pawnstorm

I'd vote for him - on one condition...

There is ONE circumstance where I'd vote for McCain: If he talked Ron into running with him for VP. (Yeah, fat chance.)

IMHO It might make sense from Ron's, and our, position to accept a VP offer and to vote for a McCain/Paul ticket: McCain is sickly enough that he might die in office, promoting Ron to the presidency. Meanwhile, being President of the Senate and having the tiebreaking vote there might be enough traction to make up for giving up the House seat. McCain is worse than Obama (because their policies are virtually identical but, like Nixon with recognizing Red China, McCain could get more of their nastiness implemented than Obama would dare to attempt.) But not ENOUGH worse that letting him have the presidency if it puts Ron in the VP slot would be a killer.

Of course the same possibility that Ron would succeed McCain means there's no way the neocons would offer him the ballot slot - even if it's the ONLY way they could win the presidency this time around.

Meanwhile I hand-write on all the McCain and RNC funding requests some variant of this:

"After the way the Republican Party treated Ron Paul I you will not get another penny, or vote, from me."

I have no idea whether they bother to count stuff like that or just dump it. But at least it costs them the return postage. B-)

the problem is

If Ron was the VP, I would be HIGHLY tempted to REMOVE Mccain from office shortly after innaugoration myself and Let the countries healing begin!

Tyrants may have to be bled before a revolution is in full swing.

BUT that probably not going to happen as I have to buy a plane ticket and comeback to the IOUSA again.

Freedom may be worth searching for.

Remember, Dont battle the govt with guns(ALONE), Beat them in court, in state legislature, or hire Ron Paul for president.

McCain sent me a brand new dollar bill Wednesday

I took it and bought 4.2 cigarettes.

"PunJab! Bring me my checkbook!"

What I really wanna know is...

Who is the confused individual that donated the dollar bill that he sent to you?

So many of us RP supporters are sending back Slimjims

in RNC donor letters, that they have had to notice! I also send them in the self addressed credit card offers, etc. Sometimes I send out over 10 in a week! And, yes, I got a McC bumper sticker in one.
One lady said her daughter put one up in her room with the NO circle written over it!

take a dump in a box and

take a dump in a box and send it back.

mark it guaranteed.

This same packet made an extremely boring Tuesday very exciting for me.

Along with the bumper sticker, included was McCain's three page letter of Obama bashing at least every other paragraph. So....I went through crossing out changed the name to O'Cain, RP stamped the back page. Folded up, placed back into pre-paid return envelope next to the bumper sticker which I had x'd with marker before creasing in half. Also enclosed was a donation form asking for credit card, etc. This was the perfect place to give GOP a piece or two of your mind, which I did.

Folded up, placed back into pre-paid envelope along with three page letter, bumper sticker, donation form, envelope the entire thing came in and some other junk mail scraps off the table, and four RP slimjims, his voting record sheet.

Thank you GOP for the return promise to pay postage in what ended up a quite heavy return envelope. That was awfully nice of them :-)

I got a worse surprise today!

I have a myspace account, which I rarely use, but got an email that a friend had sent a message, so went there to reply, and lo and behold one of my kids (13 year old) had changed my profile to the entire background as a picture of Obama. I freaked! They thought I overreacted! LOL. He changed it back. But I wonder how many saw it, with Ron Paul as the first friend!.

I have seen 1, one John McCain bumper sticker. I was driving east on I-70 in Colorado, I was coming down from an account my company services in the mountains. Just as turned my head in disgust, on the other side of me a car was passing me in the left lane. That car was toting a Hillary bumper sticker (also the first and last I have seen). The only thing I could think of was "Who do I run off the road first?". I am not kidding this actually happened!

Oh darn you said "gift"

I was hoping it was a formal written resignation or concession.
