Online Browser Based MMO for the Revolution

I've thought about making an online Browser Based MMO for the Revolution. A lot people have played these type of games, if I can make a good fun game, that could awaken a lot of people, it could be VERY helpful.
I can do programming, but some ideas for the game would be nice.

I've heard of Second Life, but I'm not going to use that, it's got some adult content on it.
Just make it simple

There is about a 1 minute intro, the game action starts after.
That way we just have fun taking out our frustration. Only add a few more characters.

I was thinking of a quick, addictive game
Do you remember "Snood"? It had all different faces and was like tetris. I was thinking of making a game with sprockets (wheels with spokes sticking out of them ) and each spoke representing an elected official or a bill to be passed in our county.
You win by getting that bill passed, or your elected official elected. Kind of like a tally board, and it goes on the honor system, so you can track how many phone calls you made to a certain official , or how many cold calls you made.
www.blackboxvoting.org has a great list of things activists can do and I was hoping to incorporate that into the game. Kind of like a reality game that you have to keep up with every day. For those familiar with weight watchers online you have to keep track of your food everyday, and it does become addictive.
