Health check on InSane...take a look at this picture of McCain.

Is that lump growing, or is this another Photoshop job?

That picture accompanied this Voice of America article...which uses this as the pic's caption (emphasis mine):

That picture was never taken during a town hall meeting! C'mon! That's a portrait-posed pic if ever I saw one.

I am curious as to how recent of a photo this is, though. I mean, sheesh, look at that lump. I'm not trying to ridicule him here; I am considering how soon we'll hear that someone else will "have to" step in for him as the GOP nominee...and just who that might be.
