It amazes me how our politicians are totally clueless, this guy is or was on McCains campaign commitee.
NEW YORK - Former Texas Sen. Phil Gramm resigned Friday from his role as GOP presidential candidate John McCain's campaign co-chairman, hoping to quiet the uproar that followed his comments that the United States had become a "nation of whiners" whose constant complaints about the U.S. economy show they are in a "mental recession."

Gramm is making over $500,000.00 per year from his
employer, UBS. To quote Jim Quinn:
"He has certainly earned that pay. His employer has written off $37 billion of mortgage debt so far. Stockholders are probably thrilled with his performance, as the stock has collapsed from $62 to $19 in the last year. Sounds like he is Treasury Secretary material in a McCain administration."
McCain's "economic genius" ????? What a fine resource.

ran against Ron Paul for the Senate Seat that he abused. He was annointed by the GOP as they supressed Dr. Paul`s campaign.
He resigned the Senate because of "funny business" with lobbiest including his wife Wendy.
Now we got the dirtbag NeoCornyn. And the "Dutchess of dumbass" Kay Bailey.
Typical Texas politics!
