San Francisco voters will be asked to decide whether to name a city sewage plant in honor of President Bush, after a satiric measure qualified for the November ballot Thursday.

As a special remembrance of the GWB Sewage Plant tour, there are a couple of things to choose from. You can stick your finger in the raw sewage or you can sit in it. As you walk away you will wonder why you came to the plant in the first place. "What's that smell", someone will say later. "Oh, I've been to see the GWB plant."
