NV Senator Bob Beers admits removing Delegates to avoid quorum

Dirty tricks by the NVGOP. This was recorded within weeks of the original April 26th State Convention. Senator Beers was also the NV State Convention Chairperson who illegally recessed the convention.
The total disregard the party has for the rights of it's own fairly elected State Delegates is shameful and borders on being criminal. I am a NV State Delegate and my voice will be heard... and my vote, counted.

Key information
If Beers was stupid enough to admit that he was involved in preventing a quorum, that's a very important little bit of evidence that should be waved about in any legal proceeding.
1. Beers "adjourned" (or at least attempted to adjourn) the convention without a motion or a vote.
2. Beers then conspired to prevent a quorum.
3. Beers then opposed an attempt to reconvene.
4. Beers never held a reconvened convention (justifying that by predicting that a quorum wouldn't show).
5. Beers now is conspiring to appoint delegates in back-room deals.
The forces controlling the Nevada GOP will argue that they should be allowed to appoint delegates since they tried in good faith to elect them via a convention. But the evidence seems pretty clear cut that those forces inappropriately stopped the convention from doing so, took steps to prevent them from finishing their business, opposed their reconvening, and then never took legitimate steps to reconvene on their own.
Sounds open and shut that Beers and his cronies acted in bad faith to disenfranchise the Republican voters of Nevada.
Whether or not the law and party rules will be strong enough to stop them is another issue.
Conservatives in Nevada are fed up!
They were not happy when their party was hijacked and misdirected for the exclusive benefit of corporate interests and they are very unhappy with the manner in which the party has acted during and since the April Convention. Yes, we are winning hearts and minds on our own, but they sure are helping to drive a lot of delegates away from their party line simply by their unethical behavior.
So, let me get this straight...
Beers says it's fine, & a way to get things done, for a large group of people to get up & leave when they aren't getting their way? What if everyone in that convention played his version of musical chairs? You wouldn't get anything done! That's why, according to Roberts Rules of Order, the people who stick it out to the end can prevail however they like. The people who convened June 28th in Reno, stuck it out to the end, & they will prevail.
I can't believe I haven't seen this video til now? It's been around for 2 months & I know everyone in Nevada would have loved to have seen it.
Beers can pontificate & laugh all he wants. It won't be 20 years from now that a Ron Paul person chairs the state convention; the next state convention will be chaired by one of our own. We are all in it for the long haul. Bye, bye, Bob!

So...let me get this straight!! All conventions are UNFAIR
and in 10 years, if a Ron Paul supporter gets to run a convention, he/she will be a laughingstock??? And THIS is supposed to be FUNNY???? Like he did such a fine job!!!!!! Every person in that room should be ASHAMED of themselves for laughing and what he has done!!!!

The uncomfortable laughter of an unjust victory!
They only get that kind of support when they're around each other... we get that kind of support when we meet new people and discuss current events... that's all it takes and that's the difference... we are growing everyday... while they just die a little everyday. Here in Nevada even the press is waking up to the unjust situation facing our state and we have received tremendous coverage as of late... thanks to a very organized effort lead by the Delegates themselves and headed up by the Terhune family.

Beers said there would be a reconvening of the convention, but those that
held the convention in Las Vegas were on to that, and told everyone that there was never going to be another convention so make sure to come to the only legit convention to be reheld,
