National Ron Paul (Alternate) Delegates from Texas need a helping hand!

Hi everyone - Four Alternate Delegates from Texas - 3 from Congressional District 9 and one At-Large - who are Ron Paul Republicans are now trying to raise funds to get to the convention in St. Paul this September. I thought I'd post a link here to our blog fund raising site so you can read about us and read our posts and decide if you'd like to make a donation to the cause.

As I stated in my first ever post on The Daily Paul (this is my second) - I had been lurking - reading and learning - for quite a while now (lurking ever since right after the first money bomb - then signed up back in December but never posted until now) but has been reluctant to post and end up saying something dumb. Now I'm in the hot seat with a blog that I am trying to maintain. Check it out - whether you donate or not, let me know what you think!

What does your state bylaws say about delgate funding to the national convention. You really need to look at that or you could be disqualified when you get to MN.

I know that I overheard discussions at the convention where delegates were talking about holding fund raisers to help pay the costs of attending and they were being given tips from prior fund raisers... we just took it as a normal thing that is done. Now that you have brought this up, I'm going to have to look into it.
