Ron Paul Plane Makes Emergency Landing

A plane carrying Texas Rep. Ron Paul and six other members of Congress was forced to make an emergency landing today due to mechanical issues.
According to the Federal Avaiation Administration (FAA), Continental Airlines flight 458, a Boeing 737 en route to Washington, DC from Houston made a rapid decent in New Orleans when the pilot reported pressurization problems.
Reps. Ted Poe, Nick Lampson, and Henry Cuellar, Solomon P. Ortiz, John Carter, and Ciro Rodriguez were among those aboard the flight. The FAA says the plane had a safe landing in New Orleans with no injuries.
Update: Trevor Kincaid, a spokesman for Rep. Nick Lampson, says the congressmen are being rebooked on two different flights from New Orleans to Washington, D.C.
Kincaid said Lampson told him, "there was a minor technical failure with the pressure" and there was "a slow gradual descent, no nosedive." Lampson told him in a phone conversation that, "some people didn't realize there was a problem until the gas masks came down." Lampson said there was no panic on the plane and praised Continental Airlines for their handling of the situation.

I really think it is in the best interest of the elites to make absolutely certain that Ron Paul is happy, healthy and safe. I'm sure they don't think we are large enough to win and if something happens to Dr. Paul, there are so many of us for whom that would just be the very last straw. We are trying to do this thing above board, but if they get nasty-nastier-we can sink to their level-I sure can, how about you. They are just wondering why in the world they have gotten by with soooooooo much when we are on to them on every turn. I'm wondering the VERY same thing. We are on the same page with that question.

Here’s something else. The glitch didn’t fail. What “failed” was the oxygen masks came down and told everybody to put them on. Had they not come down, no one would have known that cabin pressure had been lost and everyone would have fallen gently asleep including the pilots, air marshalls, et. al. That was what was supposed to happenl. The plane would have then flown on until it ran out of fuel and crashed. Period.

I'm sure several people would love to shut down Dr. Paul when he makes statements like these the day before, "If they expected us to retire quietly from the scene, the political elite are in for a surprise."
I hate to say but I believe that several more accidents along the way are planned....

and any news org knows the quickest way for a story to grow legs is with RP in the title- especially if it can be embellished a little bit to appear nefarious.
