Here is what seems a good demolition of the certificate
It is so bad that it actually funny, they didn't even employ a decent forger but perhaps it is arrogance, stupidity or a they didn't trust anyone to do the job

I would say of course Israelinsider wants McCain to win, Israel wants to continue to use our military as their own. Since Obama wants to pull out of Iraq, Israel would definitely prefer McCain.
