KFI used to have top rating in the Los Angeles market...not sure of their status now. Bill Handel can be a tough interviewer...loud, rude, obnoxious, etc. so this might be interesting. Dr. Paul can handle anyone, though, as we know. I always think of Bill as being a liberal.......

Dr. Paul sounded good
About 8 minutes worth and Bill Handel was mild compared to his normal brash mouth. I did note...but maybe I am biased...a bit of condescending attitude and also the emphasis on "former candidate."
Covered the 2 party system, a little history. Dr. Paul managed to plug his book and Bill asked him about the web site if people wanted more info....campaignforliberty.com. Overall, not what I was expecting.

Too short! ...but Bill did a decent interview. He remarked how loyal we all are and "any time I say a negative thing about you" I REALLY hear it from your supporters! Dr. Paul laughed. Bill also mentioned...it seemed with admiration...that Dr. Paul really and truly was a maverick and like Judge Scalia, is a strict constitutionalist. He said we really agree with a lot of your positions here on KFI. (that's true, for sure...that's also what bugs me about most of these talk radio shows...why didn't he get more support...)
The clarity and intelligence of Dr. Paul was really shining through. I was pleased how crisply he spoke and what a breath of fresh air he was compared to what is now being offered!
He started off in a very positive fashion, but also addressed how the Dems and Reps are the same and how we've lost our way, that we are passing on all this debt to the young people, how the system is rigged against third parties, and got a question re the housing crisis.
No mention of our Convention!

Thanks. One thing Dr. Paul is not...a salesman...what you see is what you get. No hype, no over-the-top contrivences...simply (and wonderfully) Dr. Paul. Bill also mentioned that Dr. Paul will not vote for a bill which he believes contains anything contrary to the Constitution. I really expected Bill to be a bit contentious, but he really wasn't. Our guy is the real deal and maybe in all good conscience, Bill had to be on his good behavior.
I'm with you on your comment about talk show hosts. Sometimes I hear even Rush or Hannity saying something about the way things should be...how the leadership should react and while I am thinking, "oh good, they are going to mention Ron Paul" because that is who they are describing...then they ignore him still. Even Glenn Beck said again last night that he now has no one to vote for, yet he describes Dr. Paul as his ideal candidate...without naming him, of course.
