I am beside myself with outrage and disgust. Will McHussein hold a fake press conference to even pay this issue lip service? I doubt it.
Female soldiers raise alarm on sexual assaults
“Of the women veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan who have walked into a VA facility, 15 percent have screened positive for military sexual trauma, The Associated Press has learned. That means they indicated that while on active duty they were sexually assaulted, raped, or were sexually harassed, receiving repeated unsolicited verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature.”

Perhaps when one Barack H. Obama is through with his Mideast dog and pony show and had his "come to Petraeus" moment, he'll take a look at this form of barbarism and dehumanization that he and his War Party "opponent," one John S. McCain, have endorsed funding for in the Senate--for this and the multiple other instances of alleged rape and sexual assault at the hands of members of the Armed Forces behaving dishonorably and criminally, as well as private taxpayer-looting anational corporate-socialist thugs like KBR and Blackwater.

I wish this was alarming
but it's not. I understand that it is alarming if your perspective comes from watching television or movies. The military uses abuse to dehumanize and psychologically control soldiers, it has always been so. How does one expect a culture of abuse to protect the weak? One's weakness becomes a tool to be manipulated. It is not the girl scouts or boy scouts and it is not what is portrayed to be in the media. In my opinion, they do worse, or equally bad things to ALL soldiers.
it's absolutely important
This is an emotionally-charged issue that can be used to educate. That is usually my thinking--how can I use information to wake people up to our corrupt government and political processes.

also how many people are we taking into the military from foreign countries who are promised fast track citizenship! and my argument.. women should not be permitted in combat!..
