*** Red Alert, Operation Spy and Pry Dome was passed in The Housing Bill. Swing Into Action ***
I just watched Ron Paul Discuss the Housing bill.
Ron Said, they made the provision in the housing bill, that every credit card transaction you make will be reported to the IRS. ALL Transactions.
If you want to skip to where he makes that statement. Drag the Stream Button on the bottom, to about the center of his tie. We need to Arrest the bastards now! Why do we continue to let them walk around free?
I'm afraid that when the Founding fathers hear of this insanity, they will roll over and die an eternal death!

URGENT DIGG!
this one only at 44! ?? Let's get busy and FIRE IT UP!
http://digg.com/politics/...
you're being tracked...
"Ron Said, they made the provision in the housing bill, that every credit card transaction you make will be reported to the IRS. ALL Transactions."
one of the reasons for this is to track who is getting prepared and what they are storing.
if you haven't gotten your shit together for the days to come by now... you're gonna have to get creative so it can't be tracked.
remember the anti food hoarding laws put in place??
DON'T use your credit card for large purchases of 'supplies'.
DON'T pull out large sums of cash out of your bank account.
you'll be setting off flags. the banks have to report you and ummmm... they won't be telling you that they are reporting you! lol!
Who Do these Traitors
Think they are? They are supposed to represent us, they are now blatently stealing from the American people to bail out these banksters and thier elitist buddies and now because of it we get MORE spying and monitering. BS. Now our credit card and debit card and ANY FRIGGIN transaction is going to be monitered? This is a fast push towards a cashless society. They want to get EVERY NICKEL from the SLAVES which by the way, IS YOU AND ME. Let's face it folks we are ALL slaves, all of us, and that includes you trolls and dis-info agents. This is a method of final control. The next step is the chip. I say stop using credit cards. Stop writing checks. Stop putting money in the banks. Hold onto your cash. Buy ammo and food and silver and gold. Pay cash. Screw em. Lock and load because the day is approaching. Get with your neighbors, talk to them, there is safety in numbers. We must unite, ALL of us must make a stand together.
What the bill actually says about credit cards
Below is the verbage from the bill that addresses the credit card thing that Ron Paul mentioned. This might be a stepping stone to more detailed monitoring, but as it stands now, it says that the credit card companies have to report the annual gross amount of reportable transactions to the IRS and the payee. It sounds like if you receive payments from a credit card transaction, this is what is reported. Kind of like when an employer pays you money, they have to report that to the IRS to make sure that you report that. Also when you sell a home, the closing attorney reports the sale to the IRS. I could be wrong, but that is what I see the actual words meaning. Is there something I'm missing?
Payment Card and Third Party Network Information Reporting. The proposal requires
information reporting on payment card and third party network transactions. Payment settlement
entities, including merchant acquiring banks and third party settlement organizations, or third party
payment facilitators acting on their behalf, will be required to report the annual gross amount of
reportable transactions to the IRS and to the participating payee. Reportable transactions include
any payment card transaction and any third party network transaction. Participating payees include
12
persons who accept a payment card as payment and third party networks who accept payment from
a third party settlement organization in settlement of transactions. A payment card means any card
issued pursuant to an agreement or arrangement which provides for standards and mechanisms for
settling the transactions. Use of an account number or other indicia associated with a payment card
will be treated in the same manner as a payment card. A de minimis exception for transactions of
$10,000 or less and 200 transactions or less applies to payments by third party settlement
organizations. The proposal applies to returns for calendar years beginning after December 31,
2010. Back-up withholding provisions apply to amounts paid after December 31, 2011. This
proposal is estimated to raise $9.802 billion over ten years.
Well basically
Fortune Favors the Bold
the difference here is you are required to report your expenses (perhaps not you personally, but the information gets to the IRS through a third party or the recipient.)
It is a privacy issue. Do you really want the IRS having records of every purchase you make with a card (as the bill is written, this means credit or debit). You generally have to report your income, but not every purchase.
And to say
Fortune Favors the Bold
well they wouldn't have a record of the transactions, just the gross amount- think for a minute. Without records of every individual transaction, how would the IRS know if the info was accurate? You may not have records of what was purchased, but there would need to be a record of the parties involved in each transaction.
Visa MasterCard, AMex
Forget calling Congress, this entire housing bubble was manufactured for the NWO, and these stuff being slipped into bills is by design.
Call your bank, your card issuer, Visa, Amex, Mastercard......
Advise them that if Congress passes this legislation, you will no longer use a their card for any transaction.
All it would take is a few thousand calls into Visa, and they would mobilize to kill this.
Remember, money talks, not virtue.
Cancelling Credit Cards Hurts Your Credit Score, but
If we stop using them, the banking lobby will be on our side.
In fact, I would think the banking lobby would be against this, anyway.
IMissLiberty
It will only hurt the score
It will only hurt the score for the short term.
On another note, the credit score isn't the man's. It belongs to the trust, which is created when a person applies for a relationship with the SSA and then is entrusted with a card by the SSA. The number belongs to them.

Tyrannicalsorearse Rex
This is serious stuff. I've said it before and I'll say it again: Do these anchors and news media robots think somehow it somehow won't affect them and their loved-ones? Most dictatorships only need one TV and newspaper channel, - maybe these idiots are vying for those limited jobs in Dictator Tv when they come up?
Investigative reporters can't use their credit cards out on assignment because their movements can be tracked, in theory. (Gas, resturants, rail tickets, etc). Onstar and credit card tracking. what next? The government will own your home, too? If you own your own home, you will be securing the debt on someone else's. Freedom is nearly extinct.
'I always think of all you canvassors and precinct leaders and delegates at the front line and caucuses.
Good luck out there &Thank you. You're a gift.
The worst part is the public
The worst part is the public will just keep giving the same ignorant response, "well I have nothing to hide, so I don't care"
My rifle is loaded and next to my bed.
I say the worst
will be the people they get to work for them monitoring this crap. Genius actually, the more people the government employs, the less that will rally against them. No one wants to be unemployed, and more and more people are working for the government.
So very true...
I confess that I use to believe that argument as well. Now, when I hear it being used, I shudder and shake...
As of late, I've been increasingly conscious about which items I buy using a credit card. This development closes the door on any remaining doubt about that policy. I strongly suggest that any purchase of precious metals and firearm related items be purchased with cash- at least before it is imbedded with RFID technology.
This news is one of the most disturbing items that I have heard in some time. It's messing with my head today. Fiction is becoming reality day by day. It's like a bad dream that you don't wake up from.
big brother is real now I
big brother is real now I guess.
Now I am sitting here confused as to why I read 1984 as a warning when we all just sat b and let it happen anyway.
irony.
Penfold1987,
There are days when I consider all of the futuristic films and books, and their warnings and prognostications of totalitarian rule. Then I compare those plot lines to what is happening before us. Instead of serving as a deterrence for totalitarian rule, our leaders appear to be using them as a blue print.

I am SICK OF THIS BS.
HOW MUCH MORE BS CAN WE TAKE? Is EVERYTHING going to be used against us in the near future? People are being lead astray by the media. They are unaware of these laws being passed. The media sure as hell isnt going to inform the public. Im ready for the SHTF. Im pissed.
They are putting the screws to us
hard and fast!I feel sick! How the hell are we going to stop all this?????????????
"SHOCK AND AWE"
The Bush Administration is using "SHOCK AND AWE" tactics on us!
They are heaping everything on us all at once. Bombarding us with everything they got, all at once in hopes they can confuse and scatter our efforts to defeat all their bad legislation. STAY FOCUSED EVERYONE!
I'll be getting rid of my credit card

Where do I go to find out if my
senators voted for or against this?
Ron only said
Ron only said the House voted to pass this Bill. I don't yet know if the Senate has had a crack at it yet!
The IRS has NO rights to ANY
The IRS has NO rights to ANY of our personal records without a warrant. These Congressmen VOTED for this?? GET THEM OUT! Write the Senators and threaten them with lawsuits. They are undermining our privacy and sovereign rights. In January of 2005 (or 6) it was ruled that the IRS did not even have authority to subpoena our records without a court order, and that their "summons" could be ignored for any reason or for NO reason. Now they can look at all of our credit card records without it?? TRAVESTY!! Whi is running this show? Get them outta there!
time
to change our spending habbits, and the way we do business. How much longer can we stand for this. Look at all the bills passed since 9/11.I am sick
