Bills of credit (mortgages) are not legit-void, help me out on this-this is huge!!!

I started sinking my teeth in to the federal reserve about a year and a half ago and it occured to me today.
HOW CAN A BANK ISSUE YOU A LOAN/MORTGAGE THEY NEVER HAD (FRANCTIONAL RESERVE BANKING), AND YOU ARE UNDER CONTRACT TO PAY THEM BACK, OR THEY FORECLOSE??? so all mortgages are void???
please give me your comments and thoughts, I think im going to take this battle on and would appreciate all your thoughts, or if any of you have seen this and have other info about it I should know.

Sorry if this was already covered but...

The basic premise here is incorrect. First, the "value" of the mortgage is not in the money that you are given. That is merely a tool for exchange. The value is in your signature, your commitment to pay. Similar to indentured servitude. Given that fractional reserve banking (fraudulent as it may be) is currently legal, and that you signed a binding contract effectively trading your future value (labor/earnings) for an immediate gain, then you are bound to it.

To make your mortgage easier to understand now that you have an understanding of the fed and fractional reserve banking, it boils down to the following statement --

"I, John Doe, hereby swear to provide a portion of all earnings from any labor that I may have for a period to not exceed 30 years and an amount not to exceed $100,000 in exchange for you to allow me to live in your home until such time as I have paid said amount, at which time you will give it to me freely."

And now, the bank can sell that contract because your signature has value, and recoup the money they spent plus profit to own your service.

Do you see? The value isn't in the money given, but in your CHOICE to act as an indentured servant. It is legally binding, and further, you have given your word, and you are an honest person, correct?

Having said this, what makes fractional reserve banking evil is NOT voluntary servitude! Which seems to be the part you are complaining about. What makes fractional reserve banking evil is that the interest is not created, only the principle, therefore, for the equation to balance, an equivalent number of people holding notes that equal the amount of interest paid MUST go bankrupt and be foreclosed on OR new money must be generated, effectively stealing from those who are holding dollars.

In addition, fractional reserve banking allows those already in power to leverage this power of "interest" to steal wealth a thousand fold therefore speeding up the collapse and redistribution of wealth to the already wealthy.

Fractional reserve banking is fraudulent. However, even without fractional reserve banking, money would necessarily flow to those who already have it using the interest based lending mechanism. However, without fractional reserve banking, this process would manifest itself at a much smaller scale and allow for free distribution of this wealth based on the free market and towards those who invest in their neighbors wisely.

And as a last note, there is nothing wrong with a person giving themselves into indentured servitude voluntarily, which is what you did when you signed the mortgage.

You want to bring an end to the corruption, every one of us has the power simply by taking your freedom back. Pay off your credit cards, pay off your mortgage. If you look at your amortization table, and bought within your budget, everyone can have their home paid off in 5-10 years simply by making a few extra "principle" payments a month! And never sell yourself again. This is in fact, the ONLY thing that will give us peace and freedom. Every credit purchase is trading your freedom for another year of golden shackles.

If this isn't done, no change in Washington, no change in politicians, or business will EVER make lasting change.

If you must sell yourself, at least do so to other good, hard working Americans via the non-fractional, community lending systems available like http://www.prosper.com. This is how we create what I stated in my second to last paragraph of the first comment. This will create free market based wealth distribution for smart investors, and take money from the fractional reserve system and out of the hands of the corrupt elite.

interesting..I never knew

interesting..I never knew places like this prosper existed. Neat..

Yep, it is an excellent vehicle for both...

investors and those in need of money. There are others, but I don't know them off the top of my head, but if you do some digging you will find them. I know that one, because I am a lender there.

If we migrate ourselves to that type of system, it tremendously cripples the elite bankers because what gives them their power is our collective servitude. So we take it back, and then maybe their power will be reduced enough for us to make some headway on eliminating the fed and income tax systems.

But this is a way that we can hurt them today, without even screaming at politicians that won't listen to us.

We migrate to various communities like that, until we can get ourselves 100% out of debt.

Heck, we can take it a step further and start using silver/gold barter systems after that and really hurt them... :)

Also...

This applies to every form of debt. "The borrower is slave to the lender." This quote is not just an exaggerated expression to get people's attention. It is 100% accurate and correct. So think about how much your freedom is worth the next time you want to put a big screen TV on your credit card. That is what you are trading.
