Operation Manifest Destiny

To those that have web skills and time.

What I envision is a social networking site like MySpace or Facebook however geared specifically for those who want to run for an office.

When you look at Obama's, Gore's or even the RonPaulians websites structured after Myspace and Facebook. You notice that these sites are quite robust but still not being used to their fullest potential. Of course Obama and Gore don't want you to use it in such a way they actually need it's members to be slightly displaced. If you spend anytime browsing them it becomes self-evident. So what i see is in light of these other sites. But geared for and focuses on each of us as if we are running a campaign of our own.

Each of us that joins should literally be able to construct a campaign web page. Loaded with brief personal history and experience. A platform and issues section explaining your positions. What office you are/would run for. In what district and so forth.

Each personal page could have it's own chip-in to the amount of filing fees for ballot access. You never know you may be called upon to challenge a seat in your district. A site like this would serve as a directory any and all persons ready and willing to drive the bus on a moments notice.

RonPaulians almost fit the bill but the site died nor was it ever geared for what I purpose. Revolution Broadcasting said something about replacing meet-ups, but really only had a board with states on it. This could be all that where you could create/join groups in your area and help promote those running for office.

Unfortunately, I'm not a coder and don't have the skill set to see this threw. So I give it to you. If you see this as having potential and have the skills and the time. I'd love to assist you in anyway I can.
