CAFR: The "other set of books" that you don't know about! The gov't swindling goes even deeper than you thought!

Here is some information for you gov't investigating bloodhounds who like to find out just how badly they are screwing us.
They are using a 2nd set of accounting books, just like any good criminal racket would do! The "other book" is called the CAFR.
This CAFR is an accounting that is not included in the official budgets. It's their "investments" that they have done with our money, that they aren't telling us about. And this is being done by federal gov't, state gov'ts, county gov'ts, and local gov'ts! It's pervasive!
This website is by Walter Burien, who broke this CAFR story over 10 years ago, but it is a financial matter so alot of people didn't grasp it. Walter Burien worked on the inside, and is a whistleblower on what the gov't is doing with our money behind our backs.
This is very very big! And I do mean BIG!

and that link you posted to the PowerHour, shows that the powers-that-be are constantly attacking and harrassing poor Walter Burien on a continual basis, in order to punish him for spilling the beans on their corruption.

Don't be sucked into the propagandized trick of two candidates being offered by the syndicate as if you were being given a choice. You are not being given a choice but only being tricked into the option of voting for the lesser of two evils. (evils with a smile and a warm glance I may add)
The syndicate marginalized candidate of whom I speak? That person would be Ron Paul. The problem though at this time is as a result of the well played out "intentional marginalization with motive" the syndicate played out with its strong hold over the sound-bite susceptible populace, has created the illusion of only two choices for President. The reality here of this being the case is definitely not so.
Mr. Paul has recently endorsed Chuck Baldwin who has a running mate of Darrell Castle. It is not that I don't like Mr. Castle, but I would really like to see a Chuck Baldwin - Ron Paul ticket as things develop over the next few days. But come election time, if not, I stand with a write-in for Ron Paul. I have no illusion as to "a choice" as presented by the syndicate. Come election time if one-hundred million people "get it" and pull out their pens to write-in their choice, we could be looking at the biggest upset for the syndicate to date, and the freezing of that time-lapse video mentioned above for true corrective action to take place. Otherwise, the outcome is pretty well assured, and it is not a pretty one.."

Just in case anybody isn't seeing how this ties in to today's
activities, just think about this.
The gov't is so deeply invested with their CAFR investments into the Wall St. markets, enough to constitute a large percentage of Wall St. money, that they are desperate to save their own slush fund, at nearly any cost.
Alot of the losses from Wall St. will be their losses.
They couldn't give two craps about our losses. It's all about them.

Walter Burien has been repeatedly targeted for exposing this information and endured hardships at the hands of authorities in Arizona, he is a true warrior and patriot. His TRF (Tax Retirement Fund) is a hot button issue that needs to be spread throughout the web!

This seems
to basically mean that we aren't in the hole nearly as much as they make the people think we are. BUT, only someone honest could straighten this all out and they aren't gonna let an honest person near it.
CAFR
A Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR), are prepared by many local and state entities. These reports are audited. The investment information that is revealed in the CAFR disclosures, will also be included in the Financial Statements.
As for the federal government, they may prepare the CAFR but it is never audited. This could possibly result in discrepancies between the CAFR disclosures and the financial statements.
An unqualified opinion on a CAFR would require that all information is included and ties together.

This was a hot topic when Burien first
broke the story in the late 1990s.
But, since people didn't really get turned on by financial issues then, it just got lost in the weeds, except for real revolutionaries.
I think that "Fire Team for Freedom" or Revolution Broadcasting, or GCN or somebody needs to get Walter Burien on the radio as a guest, and really delve into the topic for a few hours. There may already be some YouTube material available, but I'm not sure.
It's so big, that it boggles the mind.
Reading Walter's website and all the links and related info is a very good overview, and then you can do some more digging on Google or wherever.

HOLY CATS!!
I just found out about this a few days ago and have been asking questions. It just seemed like it should be bogus! After all the government is not supposed to be a for-profit enterprise, but it is true. This site http://www.cafrman.com/ has a list of the all the states and all those funds they have tucked away while they let bridges collapse and whine for more money from a populace that is lucky to be able to afford food and heat.
My God! I don't know how we are going to do it, but we have to get the government back in hand.

I've known about it
for months. Once I know something, it means most of the world already knows. Nothing happens. No one talks about it. I have posted it here over and over and nothing. It is never on tv, never discussed or even mentioned in speeches. I have emailed it far and wide. Nothing. No one cares. It is like there is so much corruption, so what. No one seems to be able to do anything about it. Like Clinton/Bush et al being involved in milking the Georgian pipeline and Putin wanting is agreed share. No one talks about that being the real reason for the conflict in Georgia. I think I live in a twilight zone.

Well kudos to you for knowing about it for years. You sound mad cause you didn't get credit for the big expose' here. No offense, but settle down a bit. Try to put yourself in Jim Marrs or Alex Jones shoes and how they've been on the front line for years and are just now really reaping the benefit from the fruits of their labors. Be thankful someone is finally taking notice of this.

I've been reading alot on this topic lately. I believe that it's true. I evn rad a supreme court decision that mentions that the USlegislature delegated lawmaking powers to DC the municipal corporation... Look up District of Columbia v. Thompson Co., 346 U.S. 100 (1953).

I have been talking to people in my county who know what goes on behind the scenes. Here is an excerpt from a letter:
"For example, at the end of a fiscal year say - County Road and Bridge - spent only 5 million of their 5.5 million budget. The half a mil gets rolled into the general fund and they start new. Should have zero-based in this way - OK you've got $500,000 and you spent 5 mil. Start at $0 and justify whatever you believe you will need for 2009. Let's say they come up with 5.7 mil (can't really expect any bureaucrat worth his salt to budget for less than he did last year!) So we should take the $500,000 left over and subtract it from their proposed budget and add only 5.2 mil to their account. (These figures were fictitious and chosen at random but the principle is true) This is not being done and the general fund accumulates millions over a period of decades. Basically the same thing happens at the state level althought there are more controls and the state has their perennial "Rainy Day Fund" that is supposed to assuage our fears of tax accumulation simply because of its title.
The other and more difficult problem is that the average taxpayer thinks it's just fine for government to have more than they need so they can get a little interest on the excess. This is not good governance nor is it proper stewardship of public funds. I continually run into people who are glad the county makes nearly a million dollars in interest on the "unrestricted" funds they invest in various areas including the stock market."
As for me, I recently awoke from a very long doze and am outraged by what I am learning about corruption and abuse at all levels of government.

You would think that would mean many are outraged. You would think that with many being outraged, then our representatives would be actively working to look into and change the system, right. BUT NO. We the people just keep being outraged on first one level and then another, about first one thing and then a million more. Everything gets swept under some immaginary rug and dissolves. Absolutely amazing. Be outraged--see who cares. It is like your child saying he is outraged by something. No one cares. Nothing will be done. They know about these things and until it is stuffed in their faces, like the bailout vote was today, nothing will be said or done. The corrupt just keep running our world and fleecing us. Look how long we have known about diebold, nothing is being done about our vote--NOTHING.
