Thankfully the Chrysler Building isn't OWNED by that group. They only own a 75% stake in the lease for the building, which they bought from another investment company. The land and building itself is owned by the Cooper Union, a very cool college down in the east village.

That was great
but like someone above me said very real, and very sad. Most people in that audience I am sure don't know how dangerous it truly is that we are selling off our country one building, one turnpike, and one company at a time.
