Will Representative Conyers be assasinated if he fails to force Impeachment of Bush and Cheney?

Personally, I believe there is a great likelihood that Representative Conyers and other members of Congress will begin to be openly assasinated if they fail to force impeachment of Bush and Cheney. At this point, Conyers and all members of Congress who fail to impeach Bush and Cheney are obviously violating their oath to protect, uphold, and defend the Constitution.
The Fourth Amendment right to privacy has been destroyed with Bush and Cheney being granted immunity to to spy on Americans without a warrant. Will the Courts uphold the recent FISA bill that blatantly contradicts the Constitution? Most likely, the Courts will fail to declare the new FISA bill unconstitutional because the Bush administration has likely placed judges in all of the Courts, most notably the Supreme Court, who are not afraid to violate the Constitution, i.e. the recent gun law case in which the Supreme Court upheld a million different restrictions on gun ownership, including the requirement to license firearms, the requirement that firearms not be issued to the mentally ill, etc. and then declared the decision a victory for the Second Amendment.
In any event, I am writing to inform all of you that I believe that there are going to be members of the American citizenry, who some of the more extreme bent might even call patriots, who are firm believers in the Constitution, and who are going to begin to heed the words of the Declaration of Independence and start outright assasinating members of Congress, the Judiciary, and even members of the White House who are openly oppressing the people and seeking to violate and take away our Constitutional rights.
As the Declaration of Independence states:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident:
That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness."
I will honestly not be surprised if we start witnessing assasinations. Although I feel sorry for members of government who will likely become targets of the general public, it is my opinion that if citizens begin assasinating those who are violating their rights, it is not only the lunatics who commit such assasinations who are at fault, but it is also those members of the government who are violating the rights of the people who are at fault, for ignorantly seeking to oppress, torture, and control free people of the earth, both here in the United States and abroad. I am firmly against such acts of violence, and I ask that everyone withhold from engaging in violent acts, and look for peaceable means of resolving these conflicts. God Bless America.

and never the victims. Have you never noticed that? The most vile, disgusting humans flaunt their disdain for law and order knowing that people like you and I value life and law and order, and will not stoop to their level. If we see assassinations, it will be false flag nonsense to reignite a good patriotic fervor.

I believe it was either in the book "The Sovereign Individual" or the authors other prior book "The Lucifer Principle" that talks about the "Cost of Power".
The author's point is that as technology brings the COST OF POWER down it is now cheaper to the individual to gain lots of Power, cheaply. Like in a western movie, everyone had a handy six shooter or "side iron"; every one of us could afford it, the countries government had to be small. In a future world were anyone could have their own 5 foot missile rocket, stored away in their garage, it changes the Nation-State power equation fast. Further, the govt is not so dumb as to not know this.
Across the world, as the cost of power is going down fast, so low that most individuals could afford it, and predictions are that super large Nation States & Empires will have a very hard time and will break up into small regional powers. He talks about the rise of cheap 4th generation warfare and over taking the costly 3rd generation model of large armies and tanks and boats and so forth. He talks about the lone sovereign individual who turns against the State. Here he names Osama Bin Laden as very dangerous because he is super rich, hence a Sovereign Individual himself, able to buy his own mini personal army and armies as needed, and his ideology is against Israel & the West and is angered by Israeli and Western interventions. This was written I think in 1998, anyway, well before 9/11/2001. Its predictive powers is quite good.
In the USA, I believe he gives the example of a Environmentalist or an ex-Military man as becoming enemies of the State or anyone with an ax to grind. Such people will be more and more able to wage their own personal warfare against the State and thus being very very effective. Such a person who hated the government could hurt the government at the source of its power, the IRS, thus such a person could do lots of damage to the Nation-State.
The author gives the example of a someone, just a person hurt by the IRS taking out their own personal revenge. He writes, because the COST of Power is now cheaper than ever, this disgruntle IRS hater could for example, devise a thousand 4th generation type warfare plans. Example, he could rent a dozen mini-storage units. Then thier tin roofs could be easily modified with a small trap door, to release when activated remotely. Then buy through the internet or the army itself (the army can't account for millions of stuff), buy small rocket missiles. Legal arms trade is on going worldwide, with the US govt as the worlds supplier, and with UPS and Fedex, the cost of gathering up the right componets is very cheap. He could then set a misssle up inside each storage unit and link it to a computer and tie in that computer to his via comands given over the internet. All this could be done for under the price of a new Ford Truck, that is for under $50,000. That is just 7 credit cards with $7000 limits. Then he could travel to Ogden Utah and other IRS places and buildings and processing centers. There he could leave behind nickel size magnets that also send out GPS signals. Then such a person could be hundreds if not thousands of miles away from the event, New York or even in Tokyo, with the worldwide web, it does not matter. Then, at his or her choosing, perhaps at 3 in the morning, that person could via the internet dial up all his computers inside his widely dispersed mini-storages with small rockets inside. The GPS signal coordinates from the nickel size magnet locator would act as a homing beacons to the misles, making sure they hit their targets.
Could you imagine Sean Hannity or Bill O'rielly on Fox telling their audiences, "Well today is Monday, April 15th, but it does not look like its just another tax day. The Federal Government may not be able to get "its" paycheck. If you have not sent in your taxes, you may have just caught a break. Last night about 3:30 in the early morning a dozen IRS buildings were attacked by what looks to be small 6 foot roccets, all of them where blown up and destroyed. IRS says they will not be able to receive or process any returns. Why anyone would do this and attack America this way is unbelievable. IRS spokesperson said they would have new locations set up to receive tax returns, so you should hold off sending yours in for now. Now we turn to the question of who attacked America?"
Such disruptions in the governments ability to tax its own citizens is and will be the "Achilles Heel" of Federal Government power.
And it is not as if the Federal Government does not already know this in some sort of Institutional Sense. As an institution, like all institutions, they seek to survive and grow. This is why on many many levels we are seeing the government dive deeply into our civil liberties, removing them by the roots as it where. Government software no doubt has Credit card transactions evaluated for security. This is also why the drive to have a NATIONAL ID. This is why chips are being placed into your drivers license, facial recognition systems are of interest TO THE GOVT. This is why we, as individuals, are a the REAL THREAT to the Govt. The government wants to know who we are, where we are, what we are spending our money on.
Meanwhile, it is we Americans who truly should know WHO our government is, what they do 24/7/365. It is all government workers who should have traceable ID cards. It is we Americans who should be able to evaluate those in "public life" what they are doing, saying, and spending our money on. It is we, the OWNERS of our government who should know in great open detail, what it is our government is doing in our name, after all, we "own" government, right? But our government loves secrecy and they are seeking to have us live our life’s out in the open, as if we were the "public servants".
Take a look at Money. Money has always been "Anonymous", that is, untracable once used. But with chips inside money, the banking system tied to that money, with the Closing of the Free and Anonymous Internet, and thus Free Market Money, our freedom to be Anonymous is disappearing. The FISA bill was a huge event. It got Telecommunication Companies OFF THE HOOK for supplying our identities, let alone supplying our conversations.
Lets think about the key Fundamental Principle behind a FREE SOCIETY. Freedom and Privacy are tied & married to Private Property. By this I mean to say that, like 2 + 2 = 4, with Private Property you get the twin spin off effects of Freedom & Privacy. So first comes Private Property, then comes the EFFECTS of Freedom and Privacy. Like Trees give shade and cool air, so too does Private Property give us Freedom & Privacy.
So again, the libertarians right on the money (pun indented) when it comes to basing most everything down to the PRIVATE PROPERTY PRINCIPLE of social organization. Indeed, they are again right to point out, that it is the socializing factor of Private Property that gives rise to a CIVIL society. A society that dissolves Private Property and turns that into Collective Property, that is what is yours is never private, its all out in the open and SUBJECT TOO the COLLECTIVE wishes of the powers that be, ends up becoming a massive SLAVE STATE.
China is still a massive Slave State. Even though it has rampant "Cowboy Capitalism" do to very low tariffs, low taxes, and very low regulations, it is still a society that "owns" its citizens. America has always been different in that regard. Unlike China, Russia, and Kingdoms of old who "OWNED" their citizens, Americans claimed that it was WE who OWNED the Government.
Here is an analogy for you.
As we can see, this little "kitty" (govt) that we feed milk too (taxes) has now grown to be a very big TIGER, and it wants MORE MILK (more taxes). We as "its American owners" may have a short Constitutional chain around the Tiger's neck, but IT WANTS MORE MILK and its stretched that constitutional chain so much that this Tiger walks where ever it dam well pleases. When the kitty was young we had it safely in our American backyard, growling at any strange neighbors. Then when war broke out with our European & Asian neighbor’s, we gave our kitty lots of Milk to grow into a dangerously big Tiger, and it did. We took our big Tiger out of the backyard and over to our European & Asian neighbors and it protected us well. To take the Tiger out of the backyard we had to really stretch his Constitutional chain, but we did it. It always SEEMED like a friendly Tiger, after all is was "our" Tiger, BUT IT WANTS MORE MILK. At the end of WWII, President Eisenhower warned us that this nation had a very big TIGER and that we have never had one like this before. Yet we Americans loved our big kitty and gladly gave it MORE MILK in the form of more and more tax money. We even let it "play" outside our backyard in Korea & Vietnam & Latin America.
But some of us Americans are saying that "AT SOME POINT" , the Tiger owns us Americans, that is to say, at some point the Federal Government OWNS us Americans. Now we may not have been paying much attention when our big Tiger swatted its tail a dozen or so times over in the Middle East, pissing off those neighbors. But the fact is these neighbors are just in being pissed off at our big TIGER. Now many of us Americans feel that the big Tiger defended us very well against the Nazi Eagles and the Russian Bears, and we should give them a chance to go scare the living hell out of those pesky Middle Eastern neighbors for their own dam good, maybe even teach them a thing or two. The one friend over there we do have, the Israelis, don't mind at all that we let our big Tiger loose on its pesky Muslim neighbors. Indeed they call us at our house to tell us how great and wonderful it is that our Big Tiger is over there and even want our Tiger to Scare even more neighbors. So we love our big kitty, the now really BIG Tiger, and so we send it more and more Milk all the way to the Middle Eastern neighborhoods.
But many of us here think its high time to put kitty to sleep. Many Americans are now wondering if giving the big Tiger so much MILK, is even worth it. And still a few more American patriots are even wondering ......"How do we kill the BIG TIGER that now OWNS us?" These Americans realize that we cannot stop feeding kitty. These Americans realize that "our" BIG TIGER will never ever be a little manageable backyard Kitty ever again. These Americans are waking up to the fact, that its time to kill the BIG TIGER because they are seeing signs of “oncoming rabies”. Indeed, many are seeing the "signs" that the BIG TIGER is now turning on its master, we Americans. Further our neighbors all have very small cats & dogs guarding their backyards and cost them little to feed. We meanwhile are suffering as our BIG TIGER drinks down Half our Food money. Still that may not be enough for our Big TIGER, as "our" Tiger is TAKING milk from our neighbors. FISA was just one of the many signs that our Big TIGER is now growing viciously rabid and will soon turn on its master.
As the time grows near, we just may have to put kitty to sleep. The best way, I believe, is for us simple to stop, STOP giving the TIGER MILK in its bowl. Milk (taxes) is not the key. Breaking kitties bowl is the key, and this is why our BIG TIGER guards his BOWL so well.
That is why authors like the one above in "The Sovereign Individual", worry about the TIGER's bowl, because it is the either the source of Strength or the Root of all the Evil, --depending how good you feel about our Big Tiger.

Although an assassination would be counterproductive and most likely plunge us into a severe problem, this possibility should not be dismissed. There are groups out there chomping at the bit for an excuse, but in the end it is a facade for the most part. Much talk, little action, else something would've happened long ago. To put it bluntly, no balls. That being said...
As the crises we face now become more overt and damaging, I would be most concerned with the nature of humans when threatened, desperate, fearful or frustrated. It is human nature to become combative and aggressive as a survival instinct. Add to it the emotional response of a desire to retaliate or seek revenge for a transgression and you have a potential powder keg waiting to flower.
An assassination attempt is likely to be considered and conducted by the average person for these reasons, and not politically motivated. However, refer to my previous statement- it would've happened long ago.
Let's face it folks- we are a minority in our philosophy. I hate to break it to you, but that's the way it is- live with it. People don't think about our Founders or heritage anymore. They see these incursions on privacy, financial issues and unrest through selfish eyes. They care about their vacation pay, they care about their pensions, and they care about the latest movie in the theater.
They don't look at the bigger scope or revere the history of our country the way we do for the most part, but slowly we are reminding them. But, as long as people think they can get their Doritos, tivo Dancing with the Stars and rely on their retirement pension, they don't give a damn. You can't win the affection of deaf ears until THEY themselves begin feeling the pain, and often times it's too late by then.
One thing I have little doubt of, though, is that across the nation, there are people quietly and discreetly preparing and lying in wait to answer the call if the time comes when a shot rings out. Do I advocate the notion of civil uprising? Not necessarily. It's a rough business that any savvy Marine doesn't look forward to. I would however understand if it happens, and like everyone else, I would simply deal with what comes along.
I recommend you all do the same, and not become so narrowly focused on peace that you forget the nature of man, and what he is capable of when cornered.
I hope
people who oppose the elites and their establishments, of which our government is obviously included, cannot stoop to their tactics. Their opposition cannot start assassinating like they do. They are evil, and their tactics are evil and simply should not be duplicated.

If there is any person out there thinking about "going after" members of Congress, don't be an idiot. That is such a simplistic emotional reaction and it could potentially destroy the liberty movement, not to mention it is highly immoral (even if they are crooks). The sheep public would be so quick to jump on the side of the federal government since they would view them as being victimized, it would enlarge to a great degree the power of the state. This will accomplish nothing but the opposite of our goal, which is a free society.
In my opinion, we MUST remain peaceful until directly assaulted, and then what you do is your business. Until then remember that the more the federal govt openly transgresses against us, and I assure you they will get more and more totalitarian, the more the masses will flock to our ranks.
Civil disobedience is the Achilles tendon of the state, violence only makes it stronger.

He has said many times that's he's for peaceful change through the political process, not violence and assassinations.
We're not any near the point of requiring anything that drastic. There is still a lot of freedom left in this country. That's why Dr. Paul ran and is promoting political change, rather than calling for violent revolution.
