IMO It's not a really great site but it's better than most and it's what there is.

And there's several Liberty candidates with profiles on there already. Please check the list and If you know a candidate that's not already signed up tell them to join.

As for the name, you may really like it, or you may not like it at all, but I guarantee one thing ... you will remember it. In the branding game that's *all* that matters. And three years from now you'll say "Freeople" and you won't even give it a second thought.

Let me ask you this ... if I told you 15 years ago I was going to start a company and call it "Google" or "Yahoo", what would your reaction have been? ;)

However, now you have to define a new word when time is short. IMO the "verbicide" model is just another way to detract from direct meaning. It's a situation where you have to already get it in order to get it.

But that's not what makes it not great. IMO that is due to interface. There are elements that are not intuitive. Code is tricky and some things just won't take. Other things are so uniform that unless your content fits a specific model you're stuck using options you don't need. If you're an amature like myself this is a turn off and I'm actually willing to persevere. But you must keep in mind that not many other people are and just won't bother.

IMO a really great site has no learning curve. Also, IMO this type of site needs to be tailored for the user to be more personal. To me it still feels like a glorified board.

I don't mean to knock your site Ron. Just trying to be honest and I do commend you for at least putting forth the effort. So thank you for all you've done.
