He is also the protoge of Webster Tarpley, another truther who did great work until he began starting worthless (and almost damaging) fights. Explaining where they went off the rails is a long story but I'll just say that each did some good work early, but then brought their legitimacy into question with later actions once they had acquired some following in the movement. Frankly, I think both are top candidates for being cointelpro.
