Terror In US As Revenge Enacted Over 9/11 Attacks
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1122.htm

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today are describing what can only be described as wave of terror that is overtaking the United States as its War Leaders have begun enacted revenge over the intelligence network believed to be behind the September 11, 2001 that killed over 3,000.

In a swift move that has angered US lawmakers, President Bush this week changed the entire intelligence structure of his Nation with the creation of the greatest spying apparatus in history, and modeled upon those enacted by the German Nazis, and which as many have known, had created the American intelligence organizations after World War II in the first place.

The new Executive Order which Bush unveiled puts the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in control of all 16 US intelligence agencies, sapping power mostly from both the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Pentagon.

Upon assuming their new role this week, the DNI has been swift to begin dismantling the internal factions of those US intelligence.........

Executive Order 12333: United States Intelligence Activities (as amended) Statement by the Press Secretary Fact Sheet: A Lasting Framework for United States Intelligence Activities
In Focus: National Security

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458), and in order to update and clarify Executive Order 13355 of August 27, 2004, Executive Order 12333 of December 4, 1981, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Does no one here know how to google? Really, just type in "Bush Executive order August 1, 2008" and you'll get the story

EVERYONE needs to know this-its horrifying and will cripple our ability to decipher what is really going on in our nation and around the world. We no longer have the ability to find out things Ron Paul has cited-like blowback. THE MOST INSIDIOUS part of this order is that unlike his other orders it is enacted WITHOUT a national emergency.

Bush's order expands role of national intelligence chief
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Bush's new executive order revising rules for intelligence agencies expands the national intelligence director's powers and may further erode the CIA's traditional autonomy.
The order, revised in secret and signed Wednesday, is drawing criticism from civil liberties groups and even lawmakers from the president's own party.

House Republicans on the intelligence committee walked out of a Thursday morning briefing by the national intelligence director, Mike McConnell, on the order to protest what they consider the White House's pattern of disrespect for congressional oversight.

3 Articles about the new executive order

Kris Alingod - AHN News Writer
Washington, D.C. (AHN) - President George W. Bush issued an executive order on Thursday widening the scope of authority of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).

Bush's order revises Executive Order 12333, which was issued by former President Ronald Reagan in 1981 to establish guidelines on intelligence activities. It gives the DNI authority to institute reforms and set priorities for the nation's 16 intelligence agencies. It also transfers the power to work and oversee relationships with foreign spy agencies from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to the DNI.

The new order is the result of reforms to the intelligence community after the September 11, 2001 attacks, including the creation of the DNI under the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.

"Implementation of the revised Executive Order will help create an Intelligence Community that is more unified, shares information more freely, effectively coordinates its actions, and collaborates more closely to provide policymakers the support needed to make difficult decisions affecting our national and homeland security," White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said in a statement.

Lawmakers, however, were not pleased with what they said was the absence of consultation about revisions to the order.

Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-MI), a ranking minority member of the House Intelligence panel, led a walkout of fellow Republicans during a briefing by DNI's Mike McConnell on Thursday.

"The administration knows that a PowerPoint briefing to staff and notifying the committee after leaking details of an executive order to the media does not constitute briefing the congressional intelligence committees as they have claimed," Hoekstra said in a statement statement, according to Politico.

Panel chairman Silvestre Reyes (D-TX) said he supported strengthening the DNI and ending "the turf wars that have plagued American intelligence," but that he was "disappointed" by the President's failure to consult Congress.

"After seven years of a go-it-alone presidency, perhaps I should expect nothing more from this White House. But this order will be binding on future administrations as well. For that reason, we must conduct effective oversight, so that we can advise the next President of whether this order should remain in effect or should be repealed," Reyes added in his written statement.

I added the 2nd post to the heading. Don't get thrown off by the side show of who Sorcha Faal is or is not... this is vital info.

Sorcha Faal. Remember the name. AGENT OF MISINFORMATION!

Guys, guys, guys,

Please do your research. Sorcha Faal has been seeding the internet with patently false claims and misinformation for quite a while.

My personal belief is that her outrageous and easily to disprove claims are an effort to make the Freedom Movement look like fools.

Do a little research before you post. Just recently someone else posted a "press release" from an European bank predicting doom in US. It could have been found out in two minutes with a search that the release was false.

Don't fall for the misinformation and the psyops. And please support to spread the SIGN BOMB. LETS FLOOD ST PAUL WITH RON PAUL SIGNS AND SEND A CLEAR MESSAGE TO THE COUNTRY.

Yes, it means that whomever is behing the psyops is shrewd.

Sorcha Faals has a long history of making claims that are very easy to disprove. That she attaches herself to an article or information outthere just shows that whomever is behind it knows to dash a little truth once in a while to keep the fools interested.

Do your homework, search her name.

So are you saying

The Inquirer and the Post are giving the same misinformation that Sorcha Faal is giving? Or that they are somehow influenced by the famously debunked investigative reporter? Here's a third article to refute whatever your assertion:

Arlington Va.

You are absolutely right. This propaganda is strange though. Here's the link to Sorcha Faal's article.

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1122.htm

This misinformation, sprinkled with some truth, seems to be being produced by someone in the U.S.. Arlington Va. is where this article traces out. It is the last on the list, which means this is the source. The site does not list who owns this site. The NSA, FBI, and I would suppose the CIA, have monitoring stations located in Va., Washing D.C., and Baltimore Md. that is public knowledge. But you must wonder why this site would be listing these type articles, because they are not pro US at all! Strange. These are very strange times we're living in. There is just so much info., especially on the net that seem to be false, or at best, totaly misleading. This seems to me to be propaganda generated by our Gov. For what reason, I have no idea. Someone with more intel than I will have to connect the dots.

JM

Truth or not

You all should be telling your friends and neighbors of the whispers on the web, your personal fear, intuition, anyhting that this is a POSSIBILITY. Because it is. This guy has proven time and again that he is not bound to our constitution. And if he does do something of this magnitude the people you warn will have thier fondations cracked and will seek you out for answers. But remember it is just a POSSIBILITY right now.

What is real is that his power is increasing and that it is even possible, for the first time in a long time...

I am not afraid of being

I am not afraid of being spied on. Oh, I am completely against it and it is very unconstitutional and needs to stop. But I am not afraid of it.

What's the worst that can happens? They know I am a Ron Paul supporter? My name is already on multiple lists for that, lol. Including this website.

Sheep mentality.

Yeah you cleverly put in the disclaimer of spying be uncostitutional to throw the hounds off from your scent, but your post is meant to lead the reader to believe it's ok to be spied on because you are comfortable with it. That is the sheep metality you are trying to promote.

If you aren't so worried about the government (Which is made up of people, nothing more) then allow me (a person) to have access to all your info. All of it.

Oh, but that's different, because you can TRUST the government, right?

Sheep mentality.

This person does not exist. It's a big joke. Don't believe this stuff people. Our government may be on the way down, but it's not at this point yet. I'm not saying it couldn't get there. It's just not there yet.

Both of the following are true:
"Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you."
"Just because you read it doesn't mean it's true."

Use common sense, please?

Every fact will be established. Laugh at Sorcha if you like... I personally have read her book and it is extreemely thought provoking and came from experience.

What about the Washington Post article

posted by a poster below, which verifies the information?

If there was any doubt previously,

I think this should make nearly anybody aware that we are seeing the rise of the "new Hitler".

I hope everybody has their firearms and ammunition in order, as well as their bug-out gear and their survival provisions.

Historically, when this type of stuff happens, there is a massive "purge" of all dissidents. Which means all dissidents are either killed or permanently incarcerated without trial. I think the term "disappeared" comes to mind.
Stalin killed at least 30 milliion, and countless others were put in the Gulags.

Be aware.

This is Insane!

I am becoming a schizo over all this! One day I am hopeful and postive and the next day I am scared shitless!

What are we going to do when they decide to shut down this site and others that we use to communicate? I just know they will! We need an alternate/emergency plan for communicating!

No, I don't think Bush plans on leaving in January.

"I think we are living in a world of lies: lies that don't even know they are lies, because they are the children and grandchildren of lies." ~ Chris Floyd

It feels like a roller coaster ride but this is a r3volution

We can't be distracted, enjoy our moments of fun & laughter but know that if we squander away the remaining time we have with this pretext of freedom, even this will soon be gone and we'll be wishing we'd of done more when we had the chance.

I seriously see this as one remaining wondow of opportunity. I plan on meeting everyone I can at the rally. I'm bringing business cards w/my personal email & phone number so I can stay in a loop when the SHTF

B & C aren't leaving in Jan. in my gut I believe this.

Now I got scared! We will

Now I got scared! We will all be in one place. What might they do to us?

I thought about that too

We'll be in a place called The Target!

I don't believe we are in any more danger there then we are anywhere else. If the air & water does doesn't make us sick the frankenfoods will.

Fear can not be allowed to immobilize us. Seriously, none of us are promised a tomorrow. I am not trying to sound negative & gloom & doom. I'm a realist.... each day is a gift and some deaths are more honorable than others.

I'm not afraid.... unsettled perhaps and eyes wide open but I'm going to the rally proud and honored to be at this place and time in history.

Absolute power

is corrupting absolutely. We have seen this time and time again, and soon we will see this in America. I am truly afraid to see this happen. I love my country, but I hate the path that it is going down. I also find it amazing that in this day and age of the "free press" that we have to go to foreign countries to get accurate news about what is happening in our own country. This is how you know that you are living in a propaganda controlled society.

News out of the Kremlin

I'm old enough to know ... just how far we've fallen.

Spread the news people while we still have internet access

We have got

to let the rest of the world know, that not all Americans believe are want what is happening. History is repeating itself and I feel powerless to stop it. Peace

This news is consistent with what I learned from Naomi Wolf's "Ten Steps to Fascisim" last year. We can see the direction we are being lead.

Bush restructures nation's intelligence-gathering
By Joby Warrick

Washington Post

WASHINGTON - The Bush administration yesterday announced a restructuring of the nation's intelligence-gathering apparatus, approving guidelines that bolster the Director of National Intelligence as the leader of the 16 U.S. spy agencies.
The changes were part of a long-awaited overhaul of a Ronald Reagan-era executive order that establishes the powers and responsibilities of U.S. intelligence services. Most of the revisions were aimed at underscoring the predominant role of the DNI, created by Congress three years ago in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

The revamped order specifically gives the DNI charge of setting priorities for the 16 spy agencies as well as issuing guidelines on how intelligence is collected, analyzed and shared - including foreign intelligence, traditionally the domain of the CIA.

It also gives the DNI a greater voice in hiring and firing senior intelligence officials.

The document calls on intelligence agencies to use "all reasonable and lawful means" to safeguard U.S. citizens, and reaffirms the nation's "long-standing commitment to protecting civil liberties," a senior administration official said in a briefing to reporters about the changes.

The official, who spoke on the condition he not be identified by name, called the order a "foundational document" that will clarify responsibilities and improve coordination.

The prohibition against assassinations of foreign leaders, as well as long-standing restrictions on human experimentation, is still in effect, according to the document. It asserts that the intelligence agencies would "maintain or strengthen privacy and civil-liberty protections."

Democrats and Republicans criticized the administration for what they said was needless secrecy in its development of the reforms.

"We were only shown the document after it was complete and on its way to the president for his signature," said Rep. Silvestre Reyes (D., Texas), chairman of the House intelligence committee.

The committee's ranking Republican, Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan, said: "Given the impact that this order will have on America's intelligence community, and this committee's responsibility to oversee intelligence activities, this cannot be seen as anything other than an attempt to undercut congressional oversight."

Oh boy....

This was the first I heard of this ... and now 2 artilcles each verifying the other.

"Foundational document"... please, our foundation is the Consitution or at least it was at one time. This article makes it sound as if they are about to reveal the fact that our constitution is no longer acceptable ground.

No wonder Rove & the rest laugh at us.

Look out people

WOW

just WOW. No more dissenting views, no more knowledge of "blowback", get ready for all the misinformation to start piling up.

how many shovels is it going to take now to get to bottom of the lies?
